March 31 2017 -- Absolutely terrible service! Waited an hour for our food, then the waitress screwed up two of the orders. When we confronted her she gave us an attitude and no apology. Waited the entire meal to have our beverages refilled (beverages we would have paid more for), but she never came by to check on us. She dropped off our check, but never came back to pick up our payment...we waited 10 minutes by the hostess stand to pay and finally (who we think was the manager) came by to ask us what we needed. We explained to him how bad the service has been, including the wait times and the wrong orders and he gave us a lame excuse of how busy it was and that we should "come back when the snowbirds are not here". Still no apology!! We regularly had been patrons of Cracker Jacks and this day was no busier than other days. Very bad service from everyone that we will not be coming back. ***EVEN MORE ALARMING---- when we went to Cracker Jacks a few months ago while i was pregnant. We were playing their game of corn hole outside at the bar. One of the men that worked there came over to warn me that the corn hole bags were not clean because the rats in the storage room eat the bag and urinate/poop on them. He advised me to wash my hands after playing the game. WHAT?!! Rats?? I was taking a chance by coming back to Cracker Jacks but after the bad service and the tip that there were rats, we will never be going back the again!

My wife and I moved to Titusville a few months ago. Sunday was our anniversary so we decided to go out to dinner. Stopped at a bait shop on 406 and asked where a good, seafood place was with outdoor seating. The guy sent us down the street to Cracker Jacks. What a Gem! The place is right on the water, surrounded by fisherman and shrimpers. They had a great guitar player in the Tiki Bar, great drink specials, a variety of friendly, cool people. Then we went inside and ordered. We had shrimp, clam strips and scallops. Delicious! The shrimp were some of the best I have ever had. Great portions and prices. This is our new Favorite place to go. Cracker Jacks is awesome!

Ate there on Monday and it was a great meal! Outside was packed so we had to go inside. Got the Conk Fritters and buffalo dip for apps and both were very good!!! For our meal 2 out of the 3 of us got their shrimp trio dinner (I think thats what it was called). The fried and buffalo shrimp were ok but the grilled shrimp were out of this world good!!! Also the steak fries that come with the dinner were awesome, the coleslaw however sucked big time! Overall Crackerjacks is a great place, little on the pricey side but we enjoyed our first time there and will be back!!!

This is a great little casual restaurant with a full bar and outdoor tiki bar on the Indian River at the base of the Max Brewer Bridge (NW). I have never had a disappointing meal at this place. I am especially fond of the fresh seafood menu choices. You may find that they are sometimes understaffed at the lunch hour during the week, but nevertheless, the waitstaff are very pleasant and accommodating. If you are lucky, like I am on occasion, you may catch a glance of frolicking dolphins and manatees as you dine.

I love the outside bar and the vibe but as far as food goes, Im continuing to be unimpressed. Ive had some okay meals here but the last 2 times there was a bug in my salad. The last time being a squished mosquito under the bottom of my ahi tuna salad and didnt realize it until after I ate most of it and was packing it up to go. Didnt complain because service was nice but did write a note to staff on ticket. I didnt want to cause a scene and turn anyone else away.

Its beautiful and unique location with a wonderful view. The service was good but sadly the food was just average. I even asked if anything on the menu was local and unfortunately there was no locally caught option, just frozen. I definitely understand that much of a seafood restaurant needs to import foods, but there should at least be something local. Id still recommend it, and I hope they at least add a catch of the day!

We used to really like this place and went here a lot but the last few times the waitress service has much to be desired. The food is okay but not great. Theres usually a large crowd of people drinking and smoking cigarettes outside at the tikki bar that you have to walk thru to get inside the resteraunts Not so much of a family friendly envirnment. It may be a long while before we give it another try.

We sat down ordered drinks, got those drinks and the server said she would be back after our 3rd person came back from the restroom. We sat there for 20 or 25 minutes and she waited on every table but ours. Another server followed us to the parking lot to give back a jacket we had left and asked if we were neglected and we said yes and he said "my apologies" ....a lot we can do with "apologies"

Excellent local dive for fresh seafood at reasonable prices. The location is spectacular too - directly on the water overlooking the Indian River and Max Brewer bridge. I would give 4 stars except service is always slow, even on weekdays. The food is worth the wait if you are not in a hurry, but most days we just order to-go now in order to enjoy the great food without waiting.

Start your late afternoon off with a cocktail and appetizers at CrackerJacks tiki bar, which has a partial wrap-around dock that overlooks the Indian River. Listen to live music on weekends. Then, head inside for a wonderful dining experience where they serve a variety of foods from salads to burgers to seafood. Enjoyable atmosphere inside and out, and service is impeccable.

Better than average food for a bar. Some items I really like. Try the sweet potato fries and remoulade sauce. Some servers give terrible service but if you learn who to avoid the place is awesome. One of the best places in titusville. Also it has boat dock so you can stop by when on the water. Edit: no more sweet potato fries! The remoulade is still good though.

Food is amazing, the view is even better. As long as you get the right server its awesome. We observed what appeared to be a new server cuss and complain in front of other guests. She couldnt figure out how to split a check for a 4 top, and continued to become aggravated and unprofessional to her tables. Other then that this place is great.

I had the boiled seafood plate. Everything on the plate tasted the same Way to much butter. Your fish should not be swimming in butter. The veggies tasted like water no flavor st all. My son had a burger it was over cooked and dry. The peel and eat shrimp were good for an app. The sever was very friendly. Over all it is just ok.

My wife and I have eaten there a number of times and have always enjoyed it. A great view. Service has always been friendly and helpful. Food has always been very good. Used to live in Titusville and get back there intermittently to visit the folks so try to get there as often as I can. Unfortunately, not often enough.
