Stood in front of the cash register for 20min. There was no one coming so I went to the dunkin donuts line. Figured its just one line for both. Then 10min later (it was taking long), some lady walks up to the same spot I was and the single worker stops what she was doing, goes over to that counter and takes her order immediately. What? You mean you willfully ignored me for 30min standing there for nothing? I left after that. I never had Baskin Robins and I guess I never will now

Went in one employee sitting down messing with phone, other joking around with employee sitting down. Waited over 5 min no help when asked for help one employee walked away and the employee sitting down got an attitude because he had to get up from his phone. Totally unacceptable will never visit again next stop DQ
