**Allergy warning** Rude service. Took forever. Advertising flavors they dont even have "uhm, we wont have that till the first of the month". While its already the 2ND. *Update of 20 minutes later. We got back home, the location was was 20 minutes from us. I was given freezer burnt snickers ice cream, and they did not inform us that they dont carry "Jamoca", but only the one that includes almonds. Which I only found out after we got home, for two wrong milk shakes, and then called them. All they had to say was "oh, I apologize about that". Ignorance, pure ignorance. Unintelligent people. These are the types of people who are only capable of being door greeters at Walmart. Baskin Robbins, unless you want a huge lawsuit on your hands, hire employees who even have a part of a working brain. If my grandmother were allergic to almonds, or nuts, you bet more action than a bad review would have taken place.

This is primarily a Dunkin Donuts now but they dont advertise that for some reason... maybe because they suck. I mean they suck the big one. This is the worst Dunkin Ive ever been to and I frequent three others in my area. Always slow, inattentive, and understaffed. Takes 20 minutes to get a coffee, sandwich, and hashbrowns. Ive been going here for years and Ive finally had it, theyve had enough chances. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Ulmerton (in-between 66th and Belcher) that place is a tight ship and the employees seem happy. This one is filled with the trailer trash and treat you like serving you is doing you a favor!

Advertises flavors but wont carry them or take down the signs. I was told they hadnt had it in weeks. I ordered iced coffees and I could see the creamer and coffee separated. They dont even bother to mix it (i was the only customer) I had to grab nakpins and shake it myself, she looked at was I was doing and walked away. All other dunkins are great, this one, not so much
