Customer service is falling apart at this location. Two mornings in a row my breakfast was incorrect. I called and spoke to supervisor Brandon who informed me "some people put salsa for the burritos and some people dont" and that he would address the fact that the employee at the window LAUGHED at me be because I asked for 12 hazelnut creamers for all my coffees. Never appologized, wouldnt give me my replacement unless it was same day and the guy at the window decided that I did not need the 12 creamers I asked for and only gave me 6. The next day I received 2 spicy biscuits in my order of 7 regular and hash browns were only half way full. Obviously my food went to the customers who were being serviced in the drive thru while I waited 15 minutes for my food inside. Extremely unacceptable that employees are taking it upon themselves to make decisions for guest. Looks like well be driving to Seminole of we want chick-fil-a again.

Normally you guys do really well getting my order right but today I asked for a large sweet tea with extra ice, the point of this was to have less tea and more ice because Im a type 1 diabetic and and Im pregnant I cant have an entire large sweet tea and I was craving your ice. But yall did the exact opposite of what I asked. When people ask for stuff differently than how it is ordered FOLLOW THEIR ORDER you may have people who have food allergies, diabetes or other serious medical conditions and they could end up in the hospital because of your scew up and then you are liable to get sued. Cause I guarantee you if I ended up in the hospital from high blood sugar and something happened to my unborn baby I would have sued yall. Usually you guys do a great job but this is unacceptable. We would rather you ask to make sure you got it right than have to go to the hospital later for your mistake or blatant inability to listen.

We showed our support for Chick-Fil-A and the Cathy family twice now since the media blitz on the comments from Dan Cathy began. Our second visit, on Wednesday, the Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day, proved to us that the people of this country are sick and tired of being pushed around by the few. The service was outstanding, even though the staff was overwhelmed with the amount of patrons coming through the doors and using the drive thru window. Every employee in the store greeted every customer with a smile and above all, courtesy. And as usual, the food was above the norm of the other quick service restaurants.

I come here a lot and normally I dont have much of an issue but this morning it took 15 minutes to get my food and it was the wrong thing. They corrected it after I pointed it out and everyone that had ordered after me had gotten their meals and left. Rather disappointed in the customer service, no I dont expect a free me or a handout but something other than what I received would have been nice especially when I am use to every other location going above and beyond in each interaction I have ever had.

I went and got my child a 6 piece not only they well all burnt and tasted like they been sitting but they also shortened my box by 3 and hers by 2..then I call back to speak to a manager but its too over whelming for them..after they did the mistake for charging people full price to shorten them and since they was too busy at the time..they can care less about my order..never comin to this location again..only thing good was their salad which they dont prepare

It was fine, everything was fine. The cashier was fine, but not that kind of fine. More like I suffer three hours of sleep every night to come here and work fine. The customer service ppl who walk and serve you food was were fine too. The chair/seats were fine, the lights were fine, the tiles were fine. The music sucked major hairy ass balls. The flowers were fine, the other customers were fine. All in all, everything was fine.

Service here is always friendly, but sometimes they seem understaffed. On a busy Saturday, tables arent cleaned often enough and trash cans are overflowing (especially the ones outside near the curb). However, the food is always good quality, and any issue with your order is correctly immediately.

Worst service Ive ever encountered at a Chick-fil-A. I repeated my order thrice only to receive the wrong sandwich and have pickles on it (I clearly said Spicy Deluxe, no pickle please). Ive ordered food from this location in four different weeks, same result. Oh and the chicken was beyond burnt.

Amazing food thats great and ranges from super healthy to slightly less healthy but still amazingly tasty!! The waffle fries are just super amazing!!! I cant recommend it enough. Its great for parents and good for the kids since parents will feel good since its a healthier choice.

Ive had my daughters 3rd and 5th birthday parties at this Chick Fil A and I tell everyone how great the employees are and how much it cost versus other party places. The staff were so sweet and we couldnt tip them. I will continue to come to this restaurant for many years!

Just went to Chick-fil-A and was disappointed. They shortchanged my daughters nuggets. She got a 4 piece and received 3 nuggets and a crispy piece of something that was not meat. Never had a problem with this location but for what I pay, I expect to get what I order.

The people that work at and run this place have got something most other places have, a constant sense of customer satisfaction. The people are friendly, the place is clean, and the managers helpful. As always, Chick Fil A provides A+ service.

Excellent service at this location. I had my dog in the back seat in the drive thru and one of the female employees gave my dog a goggie-treat while we waited for our food. This was at the Pinellas Park location at 10:45am Friday the 8th.

Food was hot and good. Drive through wait around lunch time was pretty long but they kept the line moving. Didnt have the outside people taking the orders which probably would have helped. Wish the prices were lower for what it is.

What an awesome place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The manager evev went out of his way to find me a phone charger so that I may eat inside the restaurant instead of my car. The Kale salad is great.

Besides witnessing two guys flirting with staff and another lady eating at the counter, it was an alright experience. Good food. Not the happiest staff Ive seen at a Chick-fail-a but Thue were alright.
