A friend and I stopped in for lunch. We were greeted warmly as we walked in. We were given sheets of paper with the available ingredients listed, and were able to "build" our own lunches. There are bowls and wraps anfd lovely fresh ingredients to construct whatever suits your fancy. I had the special buffalo chicken wrap, but swapped the plain white tortilla for whole wheat. The chicken was tender and the Buffalo sauce was just spicy enough. My friend chose a bowl, and made it mostly Mexican, but chose a miso dressing that didnt quite go with the other ingredients she chose. She freely admitted that it was her own fault, but liked the dressing so much, she took home what she didnt use. Bottled juices and waters are available. I was disappointed that everything was loaded with sugar, so I just chose water. LaCroix, or something similar, would be a nice addition to the otherwise carb - laden beverages. Ill go back, because the food was good and the prices are very reasonable.

A wonderful family ran restaurant where only fresh food is served. You get to pick how you want your meal: wrap, bowl, or salad. Next you pick the meat, then the veggies and finally the sauce. Everything is delicious and well made. They know their customers names and take time to talk to you. The customer service is terrific. If youre in Tarpon Springs and are looking for a fresh, non expensive lunch or dinner you really should checkout Hello Sunshine Cafe.

Looks like this place will not have my buisness. I looked at the hours online before i drove all the way there which said 11-5 and i get there and they were closed. Wasted my time and gas. I do realize that things happen but from other reviews looks like this isnt the only time its happened. They should be there when they say they are open or they will continue to loose potiental customers.

Cute place...different from rest of local restaurants on Tarpon Avenue which is good for other businesses and the public. Yummy, fresh food...wraps, bowls and salads with large choice of healthy add ons and sauces. Try it...youll like it.

The quality of the food was superb...very fresh...the options to "build your own" immediately got us thinking about our next meal there. This is a treasure for Tarpon Springs and a great eating out alternative.
