Location not optimal, orders not always accurate or timely. Lancaster is my hometown and I came back from DC for a month after a surgery in Cleveland. I was excited that the area now has a Starbucks location. Unfortunately, time after time, the service has been slow and occasionally inaccurate. For example, this last Tuesday at 12:47, I pulled into the drive thru with no more than five vehicles in front of me. At 1:06, I got my drink, after maneuvering out of the intersection, which was backed up with vehicles to the right of me that had come from the lot behind the strip center, as well as vehicles trying to get out from the left and parking area in front, I pulled up to next signal light to discover my drink was wrong. At that point I really didnt want to go back, but after all of that time, not to mention, money, I decided I had to. After going back, through the same signal lights and the same traffic Id just gotten out of, I went in, they knew Id gotten the wrong drink and tried to give me the one they should have, but set aside. I told them I wanted a fresh one and they seemed annoyed by my wanting what Id asked for to be fresh and not having sat for nearly 10 minutes already. Nobody apologized, for the wait, for the mistake, nor bothered to thank me for my patience or business. At 1:23, I FINALLY had what I ordered. Thats 35 minutes. Unacceptable. This was the worst incident but not the only. While not everyone there has a bad attitude, or works inefficiently, its a great enough percentage to negatively impact the experience more often than not. I dont love living DC but I will be happy to get back to my local store.

I am a huge fan of starbucks but I wont EVER be coming back to this Starbucks! I made a $35 coffee purchase and they forgot to return my credit card. When they called the next day to say they had it, no one ever said they were sorry... just that it would be there for me when I came to pick it up. I returned the next day after I got off work and they informed me that "Its in a part of our safe that we cant open after 3:00pm" I asked why I wasnt told about this and the woman just shrugged. I told her that I live 45 minutes away and its very upsetting to have to keep driving there for a mistake that wasnt even mine.... her response was "sorry". After a $35 coffee purchase and driving 45 minutes out of my way I was never offered compensation, an apology and wasnt even allowed to get my card!

First off, you notice this particular location sucks. No other way to phrase it I think. You have to really know it is there, buried in a small strip mall between several larger buildings. And turning in and parking is no fun; expect to have to park in the back at busy times. Seems like a lot of the business is drive-thru. Then there is getting out! While there is a light it can be a tad harrowing turning left out of there. Once inside, it is exactly your standard floorplan for a Starbucks Drive-thru configuration. Seems to be enough seating, friendly enough staff, etc. The coffee is great but it seems like Lancaster could really merit their own nicer, stand-alone Starbucks in a more convenient location.

Baristas were very rude. I ordered no dried strawberries in my strawberry acai and the girl started to put them in the drink. Another barista told her I didnt want strawberries in the drink and the girl said, "oh my god" and threw the cup. Then when they gave my daughter her order the barista walked over to the counter slide it at her (like a bartender in a bar) Luckily I caught it before it hit the floor. The barista never said sorry or anything. Very rude baristas never said thank you or anything just slide the drinks across the counter and walked away. Place was not busy at all. We will not be visiting this location ever again.

Horrible! Went there yesterday (Sunday 3, 2016) and first they messed up my order.. I ordered a hot vanilla soy latte but it tasted like a ginger bread latter with burnt soy milk, and they messed up my second order. Its was a hot chai tea latte.. Very watered down.... And the third thing is no one was paying attention to making my drinks... 2 people made it and wasnt communicating with each other because they were both getting distracted... And finally they hurry out the people who ordered behind me, their drinks but gave me an attitude when I asked why my drinks were taking them 10 mins to make.. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

great coffee... horrible location... poor drive thru location leads to a long wait... there are not clear signs for cars to follow around the side of the building, no light to divert traffic, about a dozen parking spots to share between the starbucks and the three neighboring stores... again, great coffee, staff, & service... horrible location... corporate needs to make this a priority... this store is always busy... well, all starbucks seem to be anymore... what are they putting in their coffee?

Usually a great experience. Very clean. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Comfy chairs with lots of outlets for studying. One time i went through the drive through and had to wait about 10 min for my drink and the first thing the barista said when i pulled up to pay was "sorry about the wait. thanks for your patience. your drink is on me today."

I LOVE Starbucks!! I highly recommend their Grilled Cheese and Southwest Steak Wrap! So Delish!! The app is a Very convenient and excellent way to ensure accuracy with your coffee drink. I LOVE they have Decaf and can customize your espresso shots!!!! This is the best coffee place around, period, end of story...its worth the extra $.

Good counter service, but long lines both inside and drive thru. Couple that with the solo batista working ensured coffee in about 25 minutes. I have experienced this 2 other times I visited. Only coming back to Starbucks if the wife demands it. Theres a nicer little spot with plenty of seating and faster service just up the road.

They are always so nice here! You dont like your drink (which has happened extremely seldom for me and only cause I was experimenting lol) they will make it right. The parking and drive thru can get a little congested but definitely a great Starbucks!

I ordered a Vinti blonde roast with2 pumps chocolate with steamed heavy whipping cream and 6 splendas. Costs just a few dollars compared to the $4-6 Coffees they have on the wall. It was awesome ! Fast! Yum!

This starbucks has gone downhill recently. They have gotten several of my orders wrong. It doesnt matter if you order by drivethru or go inside and get your drink, its ALWAYS wrong.
