If I could rate this business negative I would. When I came in with my son this passed Saturday 06/17/2017, it was our first time ever hearing about this place. We walked in, and approached the hostess. I began to explain to her that it was our first time, and what would she recommend if we wanted to both eat and play games. Of course, she mentions the Dine N Play for 16.99 I believe. The hostess then tells me, "the only thing is, you have to eat first". Which was perfect, we were starving. So we sat down, began to order. At the end of our meals, I ask the waitress, "so how does this work, do we pay now or later for the dine N play"? She says to me, "I wish you would have told me that sooner"... so long story short, the meals we ordered were not associated with the Dine N Play. Of course as a new customer, Im going to feel like that was lack of communication between the hostess and our server. When I asked her to show me the price difference of the Dine N Play and the things we ordered. It was a ridiculous difference! I ordered wings 2 drinks, and a kids meal. That literally added up to damn near $50. That didnt even include the games. So, I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was the worst! He was what you call "FAKE NICE"! He literally said it was my responsibility to tell my server I was doing the Dine and play... and his servers do not have to communicate with his hosts. When a friend of mines who was with me heard this, she mentioned to him that she also works in food and hospitality where she as a hostess communicates with the servers. He rudely interrupted her to say "Thats how it works at your restaurant but thats not how it works here". Which is fine, but there was no empathy, no hospitality. The manager had a complete,"too bad so sad" attitude. Now I havent even gotten to the games yet, so we paid I think $15 for an hour, and every other game my card has errors/issues. It would say no funds available? Or some other error message that was so annoying because it would only happen on all the really good games which I think the business has it rigged like that. Honestly, the managers attitude and how he handled the situation how he made me feel, that set the tone for my experience. I felt uncomfortable spending my money In a place that did not value me or my concerns. The only reason I stayed is because there was no way I was breaking my toddlers heart. But I will never go back. Id rather take my kid to chucky cheese or dave and busters! I have the corporate number in which the manager so eagerly and proudly provided to me. With zero hesitation and no shame for his saracasm. I will be raising a corporate. It wasnt the situation at hand, it was how the manager handled it how he made us feel! On top of all that, even the poor employees were complaining about their higher ups ! Literally told us, they were "d***s"! Its not their fault, its the managements fault. I know Im not the only one that feels this way. This place deserves to be poorly reviewed.

I am writing to express the anger and frustration at your establishment and specifically your General Manager, Lynn Thompson who is by far the rudest customer service employee I have ever encountered. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had attempting to have a birthday for my child. I was unaware I HAD to book a room for a birthday. When I arrived my sister-in-law mistakenly said we had 14 people. I corrected it at the hostess stand to 19. I also said we had 3 teens one at 18 who could sit at a separate table. They didnt, they sat us together. We were then ushered to only have 10 or so at the table at a Time. When we asked about being able to do the cake we were told we could move to a bar table. Then we were told we could not. We spent $400 and the General Manager didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for the misunderstanding. We made clear at arrival that we were unaware of the changes but rolled with it and instead of appetizers I paid close to $300 for meals for all the children. Then I had to pay an additional $105 for another hour of play because the teenagers werent allowed at the table until enough people left the table. When my partner approached Lynn she was rude and in essence told her we should have handled it differently. However, at this time that is a moot point. We were now at your establishment with 19 people. There was nothing we could do to change the plan. I then approached her to say again, I am not sure how this is our fault when I said we have 19 not 14. She continued to tell me that we said 14. I continued to tell her I changed the number before we were ever seated she said "What do you want me to do about it?" Overall, while we really liked our waitress, this was an evening with my child, along with the other 17 people, I will never get back. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. And I plan to immediately go online and write reviews about my experience. But the most important takeaway is that Lynn Thompson is by far the rudest General Manager and human I have ever encountered. As a tip I would send her for customer service training.

I had two visits to gametime both ended in poor customer service. My first visit I attended gametime looking forward to their dinner and gameplay for 1 hour for about $18.00. When entering the bar was empty with a bartender not on staff. I proceeded to the gameplay area where a staff member greeted me with the special. I proceeded back to the restaurant area where a hostess could not be found. I sat at a table with my buddy for nearly 20 minutes without a staff member approaching. A waiter walked by and when trying to get his attention I was ignored.Staff was sitting around talking by the kitchen looking at us but not walking over to take our order. I complained via email to the GM who was extremely sorry and told me to give game time another try on her. I thought this was very kind so I made plans to attend gametime again. I went back to gametime the following week where I called beforehand to make sure a staff member knew about the conversation I had with the GM. The staff on the phone was helpful and informed the manager that night of my plans. I walked in with my buddy and could not locate a staff member or manager on staff. We ended up sitting at the bar and having a beer. The beers are moderately priced 2 for 1 happy hour for about $8.00. My only complain about the bar was that the reef donkey beer was empty after 1 pour. The bartender and manager on staff did not know I spoke with the GM about attending tonight which I found odd as I called earlier that afternoon. He could not locate my complimentary passes I found communication between staff and management could drastically improve. When I spoke with the GM on the phone she mentioned a round of drinks on her. I told the bartender and he was confrontational saying No and he needed to check with the manager. After waiting 15 minutes and still not hearing from a manager I paid the $18.00 bill and left. To summarize game time the business needs a consulting firm to dig in the day to day operations. I am let down as the place has so much potential. -Lance
