Christmas Eve dinner left much to be desired....to put it mildly. We had reservations, which mattered very little. After waiting for 50 minutes, we were finally being seated when the manager intercepted us....seems like we didnt qualify for a 5 top table, since there were only 3 of us. (Actually, we had reservations for a booth...which obviously didnt matter) So, back we walked to the "waiting area" for another 15 minute wait. I realize the manager was slammed and he looked overwhelmed...but that is no excuse for his rude and condescending attitude. He was flat out nasty. After waiting more than an hour, we finally sat down and ordered a much needed drink ...and our food, which were pretty much a disappointment.....after beginning with the Calamari we had very high hopes (The calamari was quite good and so were our drinks)...which were quickly dashed. The meal went downhill from there. The fish and chips were cold and greasy...the chicken was okay, not bad ..not good...just okay. I ordered the double lobster tails which were cold, even the drawn butter was cold! (How can THAT happen?) I had to send the butter back to be heated. We were so hungry that we didnt want to take the time to send anything else back....we simply ate the food and left as soon as we could. One ray of sunshine...our server. Jesse was terrific...we didnt want to ruin his evening by dumping on him. Im sure he could tell that we were less than happy with the food...but we didnt say much. Actually, we were waiting to speak to the manager..... We never spoke to, or saw the manager after we were seated...I had the feeling he was was in the fetal position somewhere with his thumb in his mouth....perhaps under a table where no one could find him. So much for our special night out on Christmas Eve. The one star is for Jesse.

The food was good even though I gave me the runs later, the waitress was good even though she let my glass go empty. However, we requested a booth and were told we couldnt get even though there were several available. They ended up sitting us in a half booth which ran the width of the restaurant. The people sitting next to us were literally 18 inches away on either side. It had the feel of eating on an airplane. I spent over $100 on food for two people and did not have any alcohol. Also the food portions were rather small. So if youre into loud drunk old people cackling every couple minutes, overpriced fish with small servings, and cramped seating, this is the place for you. As for me, I probably wont be going back.

Good food--bartenders are good but do a lousy job of cleaning bartop --nothing new !!! They put the barstools so close together thats its almost impossible to pull a chair out to sit down. They should take one or two STOOLS out so people could be comfortable ! I think they do it to sit ONE MORE BODIES at the bar. Trouble is---its costing them business. Several people refuse to sit down because they couldnt pull the stool out to sit down. Cpl people walked out shaking their heads in discuss not to mention complaints from people sitting at the bar. NOT A GOOD DEAL ! Wake-up management !

We go here often, and as usual, got seated pretty quickly. Service was good, and happy hour was still on so the house wine was $3-$4. We got the bang bang shrimp to share as an appetizer and it was delicious as usual, but could have done with a bit more sauce! We had the chicken teryaki bowl and the pork chop and both were very tasty and quick to arrive. Service was good as usual, and as were members of Dine Rewards, we managed to get $20 off our meal as it was our 4th visit. It can get a bit busy on the weekends, but we can normally get a seat pretty easily on a weekday.

Forget this place. The service stinks. The food is okay - although over-priced in my book. The kitchen staff is clueless. I sat and watched my expensive steak sit on the pass from our table viewpoint as we waited for our dinners to be finished. When the food arrived and I asked why my steak was now dry and over cooked and why it sat on the pass so long - the waiter actually had the nerve to say it was due to "the kids French fries". Can you imagine? Not family friendly at all. The odd thing is - the one down in Sarasota is really good. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty disappointing. We sat at the bar and the bartender never looked up to see if she had customers. She just cutting a watermelon. Planned on having a few drinks but the drinks we received were not good. The bartender never followed up to see how they tasted. We ordered the pot stickers which were not bad. Again the bartender never checked to see how the food was. We were her only customers. After sitting there for a while with no attention from her we decided to leave. She literally spent the whole time we were there cutting a single watermelon.

Ditch the white tablecloths and concentrate more on the quality of food. I had the 3 course meal with Rainbow Trout, mashed potatoes, green beans and coconut pie. My fish and green beans were swimming in oil and the mashed potatoes was overly garlic. And I do like garlic. The pie had some drizzle on top, which tasted like pure oil and it was just scooped over it. Everything was covered in oil! I give them three stars and I have been in the past a couple times with no issues, but it seems they are suffering an identity crisis.

Excellent bar drinks, service, and food! The bar staff treats you like you are a friend visiting. They introduce the full bar staff and ask your name, not just for the tab, but so they can address you directly and personally. Such a nice touch that isnt really seen anyplace else. It was a great experience that just added to the wonderful company I already anticipated when meeting my friends there! I look forward to our next visit and find myself trying to plan around Bonefish Grill, for a reason to visit here again soon!

Probably the worst Bonefish Restaurant experience I have ever had. The wait staff were more interested in their personal conversations resulting in our food being 20 minutes in the waiting with the restaurant being 33% full. Called for the Manager and he was far less concerned about his customers opinion than what his staff had said to him. This is the same Bonefish that had to close in September due to lack of cleanliness and management. DO NOT RECOMMEND until corporate addresses lack of professionalism, PERIOD!!

Great romantic atmosphere. Get the bang bang shrimp. The only thing I dont like about this place is tge small menu that really hasnt been changed since this place opened. I really dont like much on the dinner menu and often get the Portobello chicken as a default. I did try the stuffed tilapia which wad good, but it was stuffed with very small bits of shrimp and scallops, and a lot of cheese. I felt it was overpriced at 17 $ none of that seafood was worth that much.

Night started off weird I dont know if my server knew she was seated. Then my appetizer was gone after I ordered it (because its a daily special no worries) but my server and her manager impressed me by bringing us a comped bang bang (we didnt ask or conplain) thenot keeping a close eye on us and making us feel great. Food was fantastic and service was better. THANK YOU CHANCE! You were a great server!
