I really am a big fan of experiences and for a fast-food/fast-casual place PDQ really delivers on an amazing customer service experience. Every step of the way its evident that the management and staff of PDQ are on their game from decor, to watching their procedures in the kitchen, to how they interact with each other, how they interact with customers, cleanliness, adding little bits like the cornhole toss out front--they take great pride in their work. The food is very good too. I have the tenders most of the time when I go there, but my favorite item is the grilled turkey sandwich. Its like having thanksgiving in a sandwich. I keep coming back because in addition to a meal that I enjoy, I feel like the people at PDQ care that I came there. Ultimately, that covers any downsides that you could say a business has.

We are new to the area and have passed PDQ many times. I picked up my daughter early from school & wanted to surprise her by coming here. The surprise was on me because embarrassing I left my debit card in my uniform. We left to go get it and Tristan stopped me and said "Have a nice holiday!" He handed me a bag with food. What a nice gesture!! We were surprised with both yummy spicey grilled tenders and fried nuggets. Thank you, Tristan, for not only allowing us to experience PDQ, but for being a good guy! We will come back again and try the sandwich. That is a great example of great customer service-you rock!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! Ok so what happened was I ordered 2 salads from here using Uber eats but the dressing was missing. So I called to ask if it was supposed to be included. So to my surprise The gentlemen verified with an employee thats she did forget to put in the dressing (which was very honest of her). So then he offered to personally bring the dressing. AND not only did he bring the dressing, he added extra dressing and extra cookies for my friend and me! Omg bih! I was so pleasantly surprised!

Great food, with good prices, and Cheerwine! Ive been there quite a few times and Ive had a good time at every visit. The store is clean and well kept and is appealing to the eyes as it sports a nice modern look. The menu is primarily chicken based, though they have quite a large selection from which to choose. The food is always very tasteful and is served up to par of that of a restaurant at the level of Chilis or Applebees, but with the wait of a fast-food joint.

I usually dont have a problem here. Several nights ago I have visited this location and had waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru, I had pulled aside and waited for my food when it was delivered the sandwich just fell apart I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they have put heavily battered tenders on it instead. Most of my sandwich was batter. They closed so I couldnt come back, but this is fair warning to anyone who is thinking this is a late night option.

We LOVE LOVE this PDQ - it is clean and bright. the staff is so friendly and helpful. the bathrooms are always clean and food is fresh and delicious!! My favorite thing is the hand washing station. We eat there about once a week! :) Their outdoor seating is awesome because they have the misters for when it is a little warm out. and, you can play corn hole while you wait! such fun. I highly recommend.this restaurant to anyone who wants fast, fresh and friendly!!

Today was the 1st time I ever been here, despite living out here for years so I thought Id give it a go. I had the cali club for $6 Taste 4/5 Value 5/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 French fries Better than expected Manager was a cool guy who seemed to take pride in his work. The place was clean and trendy. The only frozen thing that youll find here are the handspun shakes. Unfortunately I was out of room. :(

PDQ offers some great quality food. I can only speak on the grilled chicken. I have enjoyed both the salad and the sandwich. The grilled chicken has great flavor and very moist for quick service. My sister also enjoyed the grilled chicken strips and french fries. This location also has the Coke freestyle machines. The dressing used on the grilled chicken salad is delicious (Blueberry-ginger Vinaigrette).

The Cleanest Fast food experience I have ever had. A worker opened the door and greeted us. The hand wash area is a plus. The chicken sanwich was delicious. Was asked if we wanted to try blueberry coleslaw and got a whole serving for free! Extra sauces are no charge. Planned on take out but decided to eat in. A manager even checked on us to make sure our experience was great! A must try experience!

Fast service, food overrated. I had the Chicken Fingers meal with lemonade. Chose the fries over coleslaw. Fries were hot but seemed a bit greasy. Chicken was crispy and good but not spicy enough. For the price, I expected better. All I got were two boxes - one with three chicken fingers and one with heavy french fries. Between Chik-Fil-A, Zaxbys, KFC, & PDQ,....Id place PDQ 3rd.

I moved here 6 months ago, always wanted to stop and try PDQ but never did until last night. All I have to say is WOW their chicken tenders rock! So tasty and tender perfect, my favorite so far. The fries were ok probably could be a little cripier. Will definitely be back and try some of their other selections.

Great chicken place. Large, bright, and open feeling in the dining area. Very fast take out service. Their sauces are delicious - my favorites being their buffalo and sweet sirracha (used to be sweet heat) The breading on the chicken is pretty crispy and flavorful, making it good even without any sauce.

Never had a bad experience or a mess-up here, and I come here often. Chicken is always superb. Fries are great- better if you dine-in, as with most fries. I get the apple slices and toffee dip when I go through the drive-thru. They are an amazing substitute. Eat at this place. You wont regret it.

Vincent at the drive through is the best! Always full of smiles and great at getting your order right! The shakes are amazing. The food is unique enough to not be just another chicken joint. High chairs are hidden inside and the staff doesnt always pay attention when you need one.

I dont eat fast food much, but when I do, this is the place Im heading. The chicken is fresh and hand battered and the sauces are made fresh. Plus, I dont know too many places that offer a fried turkey breast sandwich. Downside, its still fast food so eat in moderation.

The food is good...the staff at the driveway thru is horrible..The guy Zachary never asks what kind of dressing do you want or nothing...he messes up the orders all the time...Drive thru stays backed up because of him..No customer service experience

I have always loved this place. Great every time. You can get a combo meal and upgrade your drink to a cheer wine or other glass bottle for 10 cents. But they still have me my soda cup. I love the hand washing station and corn hole outside :)

Delicious. I had the chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado. I will definitely be going back to see what else they have here. Meals are kind of expensive though, I paid almost $10 for the sandwich, a side of fries and a drink.
