I usually love shopping at BJs but this time I waited 25 minutes at the Deli counter because there was only one person working. She asked me what I wanted then walked alway to start bagging Rotisserie Chicken up. There were two customers walking their two dogs in the store by the Deli and Bakery. I can not believe they allow non service dogs in the store, especially since they sell food. Lastly, the cashier was talking with a customer after they paid instead of waiting on the next customer in line for over 8 minutes. Finally, the next customer in line put his membership card in her hand and asked how much longer he was going to have to wait. If this is how the store is going to be from now on, I know the new Costco is going to be taking their business.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. I have been standing at the counter and someone comes in for propane and they cut me off mid sentence to help the person walking in after me. Or, not a soul in the place or car in the bay and tell me they cant rotate the tires because they have an appointment. Nobody there 15 min later and still cant rotate tires I bought there. Add to this that nothing is computerized so they cant pull up records to prove you bought the tires there. Only my wifes care has tires from them as I started going elsewhere. I will never buy tires there again and have decided to not renew my membership. Worst place I ever dealt with with rude employees. BJs needs to get their act together at this place.

Got everything I needed to get. Went to Costco first to see what they had to offer before I renewed my bj membership. Was not impressed, except the a/c was cool. But none of the isles are named just numbered. Didnt have the products I normally buy. Doesnt offer member ship for 2 people at different addresses for 50.00 they want 120.00 which is ridiculous. Why would two people at the same address buy memberships when you could just go when they go. I kept telling the girl at the service desk and all she kept saying was well this is Costco Big Deal.

This is the second time I have ano awful experience in the tires center, and both with the same attendant. Today is 6/12 4:47 PM. I came with a flat tire at around for and the asked me if I had an appointment. Huh? I have always bought my tires and propane back there. My tires are brand new under warranty. The guy says he is waiting on someone who has an appointment and that would be his last call. I went ahead and replace my flat tire with my spare. It took me 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up for that appointment!!!

My husband & I usually shop at least once a month there but lately a few items that I always bought have just disappeared. The first thing that they stopped selling was one of our favorites the Country Fried Steak.....okay we have learned to live without it. But the straw that really broke my back is now they dont sell the large packages of ground beef. I loved that because it was so lean and tasted great...Im really not very happy about this. So please BJs bring back the BEEF!!!!

Its a family and friendship experience! I love and enjoy coming to this location. You may use manufacture and bjs coupons combined to save money! Did I mention your buying by the bulk. Been a member since 2008 would not trade it at all! Also, both coupons works on anything you buy such as house hold, vehicles, liquor, clothing, groceries. Finally its better then Cosco No reason to lie to the consumer and do yourself a favor take a chance you will NOT regret it!!

I love BJs Wholesale Market the one on West Waters Avenue is my favorite one and its only 4 miles from my house did Delicatessen is excellent and the prices is cheaper than any of the supermarket on cold cuts anywhere not to mention when you are a member they send you a discount book every month with anywhere from a dollar fifty to $8 off per item you cant beat that with a stick I suggest becoming a member of the BJs Wholesale Club you wont regret it

Your not doing as good a job as in the past to many things are out of reach and hunting for somebody to lower pallets is like peeing I, the wind. I know I read a long time ago BJs was for sale so if you want to stay in business and keep up with the new Costco you need to get your act together.

This was my first time ever going into a BJS. I was with someone else who has a membership and it was a great experience. BJS is very similar to Sams Club, but some items are cheaper here. This location is very clean and seems to have a nice layout.

I come here for my grocery shopping for several reasons. First because it has reasonable prices. Second they are in bulk. Third I get plenty of coupons from them! Also wanted to mention that also offer great competitive prices on their liquors

Sign up for their coupons, they have some good deals but also have seen prices higher than fresh market, one of the most expensive stores (ie mangoes). Always end up spending more than I anticipated. Bring your own bags.

Usually have what looking for and its a pretty easy in an out especially with the self check out. The tour facility and propane has fill up is also pretty convenient. I this BJs and its a good facility for bull buys.

Employees always courteous and helpful. Manager helped load recliner in my vehicle. Coupons help with large boxes of diapers for grandson. Bulk snacks for kindergarten. Love this place.
