40 year customer and this was the worst trip to a Public. Felt like I was in a Wal-Mart instead of Publix and thats bad. Was 20 min. To closing but this staff acted like they were already closed. Checkout down to 2 stations. No problem as Publix always jumps into action and opens stations when cashiers back up. Not this time. Stations backed up 6-7 deep. Manager just stood there behind the customer service counter. One guy walked up to see if he would check him out and the guy didnt even acknowledge him. He turned away from the customer to pick up the phone. Only then did he make the call for help at the cash registers because they were overflowing to him. Not the Publix service that has kept us customers all these years.

Avoid this publix. There are too many quality Publix stores in the area to waste time with the incompetence at this one. I was on hold for 30 minutes with the deli (the entire commute to the store) to walk in and find the entire deli staff standing around doing little. Ive worked at a publix in the deli, I know how its supposed to run and its not like that. The deli staff was rude, the customer service associate who transferred me started getting annoyed with me after the call recycled to her the 3rd time like it was my fault. The bayshore one is great, the green wise one is fantastic, just avoid this location.

This Publix has taken a nosedive in the quality of the food. The produce department has become an embarrassment. I routinely find ROTTEN produce here. Meat quality is awful and meat department doesnt carry enough Prime beef or organics. Speaking of which, organic food selection in general is pathetic. Parking is a nightmare. And worst of all, the prepared foods are RIDICULOUSLY bad for you. How about revamping the prepared foods with healthier selections???? After all, its 2017, not 1957! Publix is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, and no longer offers a compelling enough reason to pay those high prices.

Ive shopped at this Publix for over thirty years and I remember the old store. Good, friendly staff and management. They will report products they are not stocking. The big problem: not enough parking. It was a big mistake to build a Publix restaurant here and not a store the size of the one at Britton Plaza. An even bigger problem was selling a section to put a Bank of America unit in your parking lot. I dont understand these decisions since people have noted this is one of the most profitable stores per square feet of store in the system.

The normal Publix is fine, my encounter at the deli today was not. Roslyn who made my sub today could not care less about the quality of her work. Not only was my sandwich haphazardly thrown together with the same care as you would discard soilded laundry, any attempts of me to nicely cajole her into doing her job were met with such edifying remarks as "wat" or complete disregard. All I want is her to pretend to care, today shopping as publix was not a pleasure.

This is your basic, chain grocery store location. It is "clean enough" but you get the feeling its old and dingy. This is not a flagship location, of which Im sure they have. Im not expecting a "Whole Foods" experience - those are not for me. Even older businesses can be sparkling clean and neat. In todays world where grocery chains compete for your business, this one is just saying "mehhhh"....

I dont know what kind of qualifications you need to build a sandwich, but reading should be 1 of them. Ive now ordered 2 different times and my order is never correct. Either the ingredients are missing, or nothing in pressed, or youve missed sandwiches all together. Id be shocked if any of your sandwich people made it past first grade.

Excellent as always. With few exceptions employees are helpfu, cheerful and genuine. They go out of their way to assist, always follow policy that they are trying to please the customer, and seem happy to be there. I like paper and unlike other places theyre never out.

Since they rebuilt it, its really nice. Surprise to watch for the gas cards. Save 10 bucks on 50 dollars of gas. Thats pretty good. Food is good with bogos. Sometimes pricey if your not watching. But you have to know whats out there and for how much
