Horrible experience. After waiting to order at Baskin Robbins for 5-7 minutes, we had to ask a staff member if we could be served. He said wed have to wait in line at Dunkin-Donuts. The long line at Dunkin-Donuts. Umm... Okay? So we begrudgingly did. We got up to order our banana split, and they didnt have bananas. At noon. No bananas. So we left to go to cold stone on Tennessee. Shame on you for your poor customer service and terrible supply! You bring dishonor to the Baskin-Robbins name.

Poor service. I dont know how hard someone has to try to make getting a small ice cream or cup of coffee a long and difficult process, but the staff here must be putting in extra effort to accomplish this level of inefficiency and laziness at work.
