Ordered a cake for my childs birthday five days in advance and they called a few hours before it was supposed to be ready to say they dont carry the type of cake that I ordered. Cake was ordered in person and in their store and the incompetent staff couldnt be bothered to tell me then or call earlier. Absolutely TERRIBLE of them to do this for a childs birthday cake.

My family and I were waiting patiently for 50 MINUTES to receive service but the employee that was present left us waiting in the rain. He came to the window twice and saw us waiting to be served and drank his coffee and walked away. This happened on two separate occasions.

Very bad experience...some desi guy is there at night ,he doesnt know what he is making. We got the order after 30 mins... Before us this guy had a quarrel with someone and he put all his anger on our order.... Worst service ever.
