For $13 I got 4 bites of Raviolli pasta. I kid u not! I write this review while cooking supper, only 45 minutes after leaving this place. (Im 6.2 165 lbs). Me and my wife went out to this restaurant, we ordered a pizza and a pasta. We do go out a lot, so we know what to expect for our buck. I wouldnt have approached the manager had I not been starving, but I was starving so I did approach the manager, and his response was. "this is a "gourmet" restaurant, we dont serve large portions. Other pastas do come in larger quantities. No one ever complained in nine years!!" Again, I kid u not! I didnt make a scene, but he was totally careless for our concerns. The impression all around was money money money. They could care less for ur satisfaction. Mister manager: 1. If youre "Gourmet", why then do other pastas have "larger quantities"? 2.The name of ur restaurant is CAFE, not "Gourmet". Bottom line, If ur willing to pay $70 to fill up, PLUS TIP, PLUS SERVICE FEE, than its the right place for you. They should call it CINE CITTA BANK, not cafe!

My husband and I had dinner at a different restaurant and decided to go for a stroll in the bal harbor area aferwards. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and really wanted a good cheesecake. We figured cinne cita would be the perfect place so we dropped in and sat down at the completely EMPTY restaraunt. When we placed our order for 2 desserts we were informed that since we did not order entres, we could not order desserts. Huh?!?! We were so confused, I literally thought the waiter was joking. I laughed waiting for him to crack a smile but his deer in the headlights expression confirmed he was serious. I will remind you, the restaraunt was totally empty yet they refused to make $30??? I am still baffled by the experience and we have not gone back since and do not plan on ever going back. When i confronted the manager about this odd rule he simply stated the owners been doing it for years. Honestly i think that is or should be illegal but i dont really care since id prefer eating somewhere that treats customers far better.

Le plus nul de tous les restaurants halavi de Miami beach. Pourtant nous avons mis le paquet: risotto, seabass (soit disant du bar) et pates le tout pour 2 personnes. Le risotto etait inmangeable, le seabass netait ni plus ni moins que du mérou et les pates etaient degoutantes. Le restaurateur na pas voulu admettre que son poisson netait pas du bar, et a meme osé prendre mes remarques a la legere et se moquer de moi. A EVITER RUN AWAYYYYYYY

Worst place ever! Wish I read reviews first as we had the same horrible experience as others! No manager to talk to, just a bunch of inexperienced waiters running around. Soup was BURNED tasted like smoke, even burnt pieces floating around. Didnt get bread till we asked for it during 2nd course. Waiter forgot our pizza order so had to wait long time for it after asking repeatedly for it. Then they forgot our toppings on the pizza AND pizza had NO flavor, blandest pizza we ever tasted. We asked for dessert menu and waiter looked at us as if we were speaking a foreign language. Grumbled at us, gave us a nasty look and walked away. Seriously we have never had such bad service and bad food. They also never refilled our water! I see the owner replies to other critisms with sarcastic "thank yous" like an immature child. Our advice : STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

STAY AWAY !!! Dishonest management. The credit card printout has a line "PRE-TIP AMOUNT" followed by a line for the "TIP". That would be normal, except for the fact that the amount they print on the "PRE-TIP AMOUNT" line includes an 18% gratuity. That is dishonest. There are many better restaurants around that do not mislead their customers. Go somewhere else...

This Restaurant is amazing just to even start off how the owner really cares about the community he had hosted our synagogue for the services because we had no place to go after Hurricane Irma. They even served refreshments for everyone who was there especially during the services food was delicious I truly recommend everyone to come here!

Worst service i have had any where ! I have been there when they are busy and now miami is empty and the service is still awful , which prooves they are judt not cspanle of giving good service . Have been there many times , i am done with the place . And the food is quite good , but definitely not worth it .

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We waited 10 minutes to order (when the restaurant was empty), my wife and I got our food 20 minutes apart, and we had to ask for our waiter to bring bread which was brought to other tables without asking. I would never go here again.

Never go to this place. Horrible service, They treat us terrible. The food tasted like if was from the day before. took more than an hour to bring our plates and the restaurant was empty. I felt so unconfortable I had to leave. They shouldnt have restaurants like this in miami.

Portabella Panini was exceptional. Calling it panini does not do it justice. It is a freshly made flat bread crusted with cheese and fresh flavors Of greens and mozzarella. Delicious! Mosuhroom ravioli was cooked perfectly and sauce was creamy and balanced! Highly reccomeded!

Relatively cheap, very tasty kosher food. I have never had good fish in a kosher restaurant until I came here. It also has great lighting not the usual fluorescent variety that kosher restaurant owners seem to love!

The food was terrible i took 45 minutes to get my food the waiters were rude and arrogant and it is such a noisy enviorment. i highly suggest you dont come here or you will regret it.

I ordered a pizza and a sushi roll. The pizza came almost immediately, which was nice but the sushi never arrived. 30 minutes later and still no sushi. Had to cancel the order.

We ordered our food via Uber eats. The food was great, but i wasnt so happy with the crust being burned and the penne alvodka seemed to industrialized. Its also expensive.

Delicious food and service was great! Loved the bread and garlic oil on the table and we cleaned all our plates, left feeling full but not that heavy overstuffed feeling.

Best kosher pasta in town. Try their spaghetti Putinasco (or however its spelled) The service is not very good at all. The owners/managers are very snappy.
