This was originally a family business with ambition that far exceeded their business prowess..they were trying to franchise the NYPD while infringing on the actual NYPD police...why I mention this? The lack of integrity..which brings me to my post...the lack of accountability...the Metro West location is the franchisors location and it reflects on the lack of a brand...they will almost never admit they made a mistake or error when they mess up on a pie..which happens...but to be rude and disrespectful, thats unacceptable...avoid this establishment..it is not a professional places.. overpriced pies... ----UPDATE** Are you seriously just using this reply as a marketing op? You were sued for infringing on the NYPD police brand, you run it like a ma and pa business in the sense that you dont know how to run a business and youre rude..try being more patience in life and treat others with respect and perhaps your soda wont fizzle so quickly...because NYPD METRO WEST falls flat on expectation for good pizza or good service.. Dont believe me? Scroll past the fake 5 star reviews and read the real ones!

We came here for my step-sons birthday dinner and overall had a good experience. The owner or manager came and chatted with us for a while and was nice. The food was good and consistent with the other locations Ive been to. I had the cobb salad and we shared the wings and pepp pizza. The service wasnt that good and she seemed very un-interested in taking good care of us. She disappeared for awhile as well. We also heard a kitchen member hocking up a loogie while they were making our food....which isnt good. We will definitely be back (hopefully not with the same server and loogie-less) in the near future!

Im giving them 5 stars because we walked in as a party of 6 about 15 minutes before they closed. We didnt realize it was so close to shutting down, but the waitress was great. We had Fried Ravioli which were great, garlic knots also very good, Wings that were very distinct and flavorful, and 2 large pizzas. The pizzas were the best part, so tasty and moderately priced, we had a Manhattan Meat Lovers and a Queen Pizza (Supreme). They were so full of flavor that we couldnt even taste the spit (that Im assuming the cooks put in it for us being so inconsiderate).

Ordered pizza and wings online then called the store directly to make sure the order went through and an employee told me it did and that the deliveryman was on the way. An hour and a half later I call back to then be hung up on and then I call again to see whats going on and they tell me that the order was never placed. The employee then tells me that hes sorry and theres nothing he can do for me. Then he asks for my info so he can let his superiors know and then they compensate me from there. Never got a call or any help in return.

We waited at a table for 20-25 minutes and granted there was a large group of Brazillian tour groups which I know they cant help, I work in the theme park industry. However thats not what Im complaining about at about the 24 minute mark a couple came in and were handed menus by the waitress. The waitresses never asked if we were eating there to begin with and mind you we did not seat ourselves we were told to sit down and I cant even begin to tell you how many times the waitresses walked by us without acknowledgement.

Went on a date with my mom and saw there was an NYPD close by and was really excited because I love the one near Rosen. However this one SUCKS! Ordered a simple personal pizza and they completely left off tomatoes when that was listed on the special ingredients. They took it back and just threw cold tomatoes on top and I waited 20 minutes for that! And my mom said her pizza sauce tasted like chef boyardee. Very disappointing. I will only ever go to the NYPD on Universal Blvd now. That one is THE BEST.

Amazingly delicious Vice Team veggie stromboli, Extraordinary service! Our server Tatyana was genuinely kind (which is extremely rare in the service industry), very charismatic, very charming, very patient and very very efficient. The cook (chef?) was very pleasant too. He thanked us and greeted us as we were leaving. The atmosphere was better than many much higher priced restaurants. Also, very clean place. No complaints at all. A rare find in the restaurant industry. Will definitely be going back.

Came here on Trip Advisors rating. Im glad I did. The food was great: Slice of cheese - thin pie like NY and very cheesy Slice of sausage & meatballs- loaded with meat Baked Ziti - mouth watering with a good balance of cheese and sauce. Medium garlic winds - Crispy as requested. Portion size.....good Value for your money... Excellent Service - waitress was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere clean and inviting. I would definitely come back.

I used to come to NYPD Pizza all the time when I lived in Orlando. It was downtown, so it was in a great area in an older building, which I love. Let me not forget the real reason I first started going to NYPD Pizza - because it was once owned by Lou Pearlman of "boyband" fame. It was frequented by said "boybands"! I didnt ever run into any of them but I did have the pleasure of enjoying their pitchers of beers and sausage with onion pizza!

I love NYPD pizza. By far one of the best options. However, the last time I went the guy behind the register seemed bother and made constant condescending remarks about the workers and just felt as if I was a bother. Not friendly at all. Since then I was introduced to Josies pizza and wings. I found my new place. The pizza is great and the wings. And the owner is actually a really nice down to earth guy. All the staff is super friendly.

We eat at the NYPD Pizza restaurant on Hiawassee all the time. Tonight we could not go out so ordered delivery. VERY disappointing! We love their pizza fresh and hot but the pizza we received tonight hardly tasted anything like the pizza we get in the restaurant. We will never order delivery from them again. This was an expensive mistake - We are a good 10-15 minutes away so perhaps that is too far to get good pizza delivered.

Everything was good but the pizza. I had two slices and garlic knots. the pizza was dry the crust was too thin ... put it this way I would not have feed that pizza to my dog. On the other hand the garlic knots they were good and the service was good as well. I dont know how the rest of their food taste but I can I will not be going there again. I do not know how they got on ZAGAT, but their critic should be fired.

This place had awesome pizza. The crust was nice and crispy and I could tell the ingredients were fresh!! A medium 14 inch pizza can feed two adults. It was no very crowded on a Friday night and we were seated immediately. Parking was a bit difficult though. I cant wait to try all their other pizzas!! We had the rustic pizza and it was very tasty if you like garlic, sausage and carmelized onions!

First timer and very pleased! From Boston, it is extremely hard to find good Italian sub shop like Im used to, but my food was great! I had the fried ravioli, Cesar salad and chocolate cake. All were extremely tasty and ravioli were cooked perfect but the cake was the best! Nothing can beat a slice of fresh, extremely fresh, chocolate cake. Very good portions as well. My New favorite place.
