Tonight me, my husband and my daughter were looking forward to eating KFC and had never tried this location before, we pulled into the parking lot (all lights were on including the menu board) only to pull up to the speaker and after a minute we were very rudely told through the speaker "were closed!", so my husband asked what time they had closed since there were 2 employees standing right outside the front door smoking where we could clearly see them from the speaker and the girl at the speaker only repeated herself with the same horrible attitude, again he asked what time they had closed to which she finally replied "9 oclock and its 9 oclock now". My husband asked if she could be any more rude to which she laughed and said yes! I have literally never called any restaurant and complained but this time I did and Im very glad I did. The assistant manager named jermain sincerely apologized and was extremely understanding and offered to happily replace whatever I was going to order and even told me that the girl at the speaker would be spoken to about the incident and he was extremely nice and reassured me that he does not approve of the way we were treated as customers and it would be taken care of. Only because of how friendly and professional he was I will give this store another shot. Thank goodness at least he was very kind and helpful

6/10/14 I went thru drive-thru and I was the only one in line. I ordered the 12 piece tender meal and asked for some jelly for the biscuits, needless to say i spent 22.36 and they couldnt get my order right with me being the only one in line. they only gave me a 10 piece. so when i called to fix the problem and almost said the f word (but i stopped myself) the manager Irene hung up on me when i was asking her name, so my wife called back to get her name and the area supervisors number. i then talked to her boss Cathy who didnt seem to belive me and made excuses while admitting she worries about them giving out wrong orders. no customer should be made to feel like its there fault as they tried to make me feel. this is what i took away from trying to correct this problem they dont care and its your fault they cant count. to anyone wanting chicken dont go here cause if they mess up itll be your fault youve been warned signed Chickenless in Deland

The drive tru employee was very rude. I called to complain to the manger over the phone no one answer the phone . They tuly need work ethic and people skills . This happen today at 7:50 pm . I will never come back there again . I was on the phone with my neice telling her what to order . I am very discuted with there service. I am calling the corporate tomorrow

Wonderful staff and customer service. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is polite. Great meal prices. WELL DONE!! Much better then the KFC down the road.
