I have had food delivered to my house several times from this place and I call to place an order again and they said I lived too far but yet theyve delivered 5 to 6 times before in the least 3 to 4 months. So I asked when they changed theyre delivery routes and the "girl" was extremely rude and told me I should have told her first that my order was delivery when I did. She tired to tell me that I lived 30 minutes from there when they are in Winn Dixie plaza on South Ponce De Leon Blvd & 207. I live at 207 & 95. So I told her its not 30 minutes away its maybe 15 minutes away and thatthey have delivered to my house enough that they knew what I ordered every single time without me telling them. They would just verify my normal order. After going through all that the girl hung up on me all because I wanted to know when they changed their delivery routes. I will NEVER go to this place again even if they did start delivering to my house. I I couldnt understand her at all and most of the time they forget to put everything in my order and then tell me they would bring it next time or next week!!!

Ordered from here a few weeks ago for delivery. The guy at the door was all rushy and rude and had said that they were really busy, and he demanded, rather than asked, that I give him a tip before I could even write down what I was really wanting to write on the receipt. I ordered sesame chicken and when I finally sat down to eat my food, I bit into the chicken and it had a very rubbery texture. When I took a look at the chicken, it was all completely raw and pink on the inside... Very gross and such a health hazard. I was very hungry, but had to finish cooking the chicken on my stove before eating my food. Overall, the service was very poor and the delivery guy was incredibly rude and unappreciative. Ill never order from here again.

My experience was horrible, the noodles were soaked in soy sauce and they were smaller then spaghetti noodles also my mother got the wrong thing she askef for and they wouldnt replace or refund untill my mother started to get up set and they responded by cussing her out and told us to get out and my mother was made feel bad and she started apologizing even though she has done nothing ... the general tso was the only good thing so maybe go somewhere else ..

My favorite Chinese in St. Augustine.Its cheap. Its fast. Its fresh. Its delicious, and the people are very very friendly. They always recognize me, and make me feel like its MY local Chinese place. Would recommend to anybody looking for nyc style Chinese from a friendly face.

This is the best in town....love when i walk thru the door that they know i want house lo mein. Staff is awesome and friendly...food is always fresh and plentiful. Been coming here for years and.i drive past 3 other chinese resteraunts to get there.highly recommend.

This is the classic Chinese place that everyone asks for. Delicious food at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? I had the General Tsos chicken and pork Lo Mein. Delicious! Would reccomend.

Very surprised by quality and quantity of food. Its a hole in the wall dining room and mostly carryout buisness but as a random stop while passing through St. Augustine it was an excellent find.

Tony and family have the best Chinese food in town...hands down! NY Style chinese food fresh every day at great prices. Been a regular since they opened and not one bad meal. Highly recommend!
