Been a customer here for a long time and ordered my meal and as soon as I got home noticed the food I ordered did not have any sauce on it like it was supposed to. I called the store and let them know that and they said they would make me a new meal, drove all the way back to retrieve the food again and I got there and this is where the mess happened. The manager was screaming at me in front of all customers accusing me of not liking her food and had no manners what so ever. Her daughter who was working with her had to come out and apologize that her mom was having a bad day. I did not have it because I would never treat my customers they way she has treated me and Ive been coming here for a long time! When she finally made my food again she yelled at me from the door to come in and retrieve me food and made yet another scene in front of my daughter and even more customers this time and said she did it right this time, threw it in a bag viciously and almost slapped her daughter in front of everyone for trying to help. I am left in awe and upset from this experience and will never return here or recommend this place to anyone visiting St.Augustine.

Due to the ratings on Google and how close this restaurant was to our hotel I figured my husband and I would order takeout. The man who answered the phone was very hard to understand and seemed impatient to get off the phone. After waiting for over an hour I called and asked when we could be expecting our food. The woman who answered was also very hard to understand and saying that it was on its way. Almost 45 minutes later we received our food from a very apologetic delivery man. We were just happy to receive our food. Upon eating it I found that my sweet and sour sauce tasted very perfumy. My husband found that his vegetable were barely cooked. The appetizer we order was fine but nothing special. I think this resturaunt needs to work on customer service and timeliness as well as making their food a little better. Will not be ordering again.

I do not know why people give them 2 stars. They must work for other Chinese resturants in town. Anyway, I order from them every week. Let me telk you, they DO NOT use the cheap triple happiness rice that everyone else use, and their seafood size are HUGE. The owner and his sweet wife are hard workers, very honest. They know what they doing. No doubt that they cook the BEST Chinese food in st augustine.

Took am hour and a half to get my delivery, the edges of my cheese rangoons were so chewy i couldnt eat them, the eggrolls were soggy, my sweet and sour chicken was cold amd the sauce tasted old. Also the fortune cookies were really stale

Ordered my food. Took over an hour and twenty minutes, they told me they dont open until 2pm though their website and store front both say noon. Gave it two stars since it at least tastes good.

Wow I dont eat Chinese food a lot, but this place was great and the prices were dirt cheap. I fed the whole family for $14 and still had leftovers. Quick service too.
