I order here all the time. They have drowned my food in oil, literally soaked all my food in so much oil I puked! I couldnt eat it, there was like a few drops of sauce in the oil like a lava lamp, the lava as the sauce swimming in all that disgusting oil, I called to complain and the man LAUGHS at me!! He tells me I should have ordered it steamed. I told him how I order all the time and it has not once looked like this! He laughs more and tells me if I want to fry things I use oil, you also use a f***ing strainer. He laughs at me more and tells me next time order is steamed and he wont dump it in oil. Disgusting !!! And the worst part THEY KNOW ME! Im a REGULAR!! And that girl that always answers the phone is always a b*txh to me and she knows me too! I finally met her in person a couple weeks ago and shes aboutta pop some babies, no wonder shes always a snobby little mean girl to me! NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN! And I had your menu taped on my damn wfanymore

I have being working in St. Augustine for the Pass 3 years. I found this place by just driving around. I tried their food and like it. but over time some of the young kids that work there are rude. i have had a couple of encounters with them the young girl and a young boy. they are the first and only Chinese Place i been to that will be arugmentative with the customers. The boy is rude also, and act like they don`t under english until it is time for you to pay..lol. the only nice one is the young guy by the name of Yen and the other adults and helpful and nice. I have decided after giving them more than enough times i will take my business elsewhere. They need to be very careful because one day they could get a attitude with the wrong person on the wrong day and it wont be pretty.

WORST EVER! I am vegan, ordered Tofu which was under the VEGETABLE section. I got slimy brown sauce, tofu that was wobbling all over AND DISGUSTING PORK in it. I called and tried to explain that I got meat in my food. The lady just said yes, its pork. I explained her that its under the vegetable menu and that I do not eat meat. She refused to agree that the dish should be under Pork Menue and I would not get refunded or get a new Dish delivered. She said next week, next week I would get a free one if I call...SURE what they think? your stupid?...... RUDE, DISGUSTING. My co workers ordered lobster/seafood rice and had to throw it away as well. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order there.....waste of money and nerves.

The guy guy that e works there is great!! He remembers me and my order everytime. I order the same thing for my whole family everytime I go there and we all get different things and special orders. The food is always great!! Their sauteed whole string beans are the best!!!
