Not sure if there is new employees but really bad customer service ! My order was not delivered, the man on the phone confirmed address and when the order did not arrive I call back, he stated that I did not provided address. I told him that I did but he did not up dated as it look similar the address and he assumed that was the address, I aske d to speak with a manager he said there was no manager, the I asked for the owner or some one higher than him and he said that per to the wife owner I was not able to re order but to pick up. Stated to the man to please let me speak to that person as I was requesting and in the background all I hear was a female voice telling him to hang up. Me and my family love to rep small businesses but with good quality servive, me and my family have been in this place system for years but unfurtunatly they have one bad customer service person to be on the phone. Also to the wife of the owner that told that bad customer service person to hang up on me, I want to say YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND SUPPORT !!!

HONG ZHU WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TODAY! I placed an internet order, like Ive done in the past, and paid with an Amscot debit card. The cashier stated the card was declined, so I paid $5.19 in cash. When I returned to work, I received a text that China Wok III got payment. I returned to China Wok III to get a cash refund. Hong Zhu was NOT the person who waited on me, but when he saw me coming with my bag in hand, he would not let me speak with the cashier to explain why I had return. Instead, he yelled at me stating I should go back to school and learn to read. He saw I wasnt leaving so he called the Police. They arrived and he lied when calling them stating a person was in his business refusing to pay. There was not much the Police could do. THIS IS NOT WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMERS! The good news is, I stopped the payment on the debit card!!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT WHEN VISITING CHINA WOK III.

Im a regular at this restaurant. Its close to where I study, live, and work. I called tonight and asked if they would deliver if I could only pay with cash. Its a simple question, and somewhat silly since that is acceptable other places, but it wouldnt be the first time Ive been surprised by this place. So a young woman answered the phone, and when I asked the question, she put the phone down (without telling me she was walking away) and asked another employee to answer the question. The employee who answered was a young man who sounded either drunk or high. He was slurring his words, and couldnt understand a simple question. I would much rather spend my money somewhere else than put up with that again. I hope they get it together or theyll lose my business.

Good, decently priced, quick Chinese food. There are many Chinese food places just like this one, but each one is not always at the same quality. This one is definitely done right. The food isnt overly greasy. The sauces for items like Sesame chicken, orange chicken or General Tsos are great tasting and not too goopy or runny. The chicken pieces themselves taste nice and arent just all breading. Theres nothing worse than getting a piece of chewy, cheap breaded chicken covered in crappy sauce, but that is NOT the case here. The pork egg rolls are also delicious! Everything is always ready in 10-15 minutes and the service is always polite and quick. Very glad we found this place!

Bad tried to order food and they to me 45 minutes to an hour because of delivery, I told them okey thats fine as long as it get here before 9 because thats when I start work they said ok, i call back later to see if it gonna be there on time they to of me that I order the food at 820 so it wont be there on time, I told her I ordered the food at 8 which I did so by the time I get to work it would be there, its the second time I got the for late and Ill never get food here again, the place is over priced and the workers will lie straight to your face

Food was alright. People very rude, cold and more worried about answering their phone than they are about customers in the restaurant stood there for 30 min while they had 5 or 6 people in back cooking and 3 people answering phone while there was a line of people in restaurant waiting. Was warned about them but believe in giving everyone a chance but should of listened and not gone like I was told. Will not return or recommend them.

Worst chinese restaurant. The employees have the worst manners, always rude, and inconsiderate to theyre customers. They also take hours to deliver food which every other chinese restaurant delivers within 30 minutes. Never ordering from here again. I also recommend others if they dont want to deal with this sort of service to not order from here. Hopefully they look at theyre reviews and realize the mistakes they continue to make.

This place literally sucks. We ordered and paid online and thought everything was okay. First of all, took over an hour until they got to my house. Then the first thing they asked was for my card, we had Clearly paid online because money was taken out of the account. Now they are saying we must be mistaken because we never placed an order online. Now they have 20 bucks for absolutely nothing. Thanks so much for your GREAT service.

Worst customer service that I ever gotten I order food at 7:35 last night and I still was waiting after two hours for my food to get delivered all they kept saying was food is our way I will never order from this place again if you ever going to order food for delivery just pick it up this was my first time ordering and it will be my last

They have a delete order button on their website so i deleted my order and they didnt know i cancelled it and she calls me yelling about why I didnt tell her when there is clearly a delete button and they call me back talking about they cant deliver this far when it clearly says they deliver within a five mile radius on their website.

I dont know whats with these reviews, but I love this joint. I go there probably once a week when I dont feel like cooking. The food is great -- I get the 3 meat and lo mein for like 8 bucks. Its dinner and leftovers! Half the time, i get the crab rangoon, which also tastes amazing. Dunno what everyone is upset about.

I eat Chinese food all the time. This place is horrible. Dont order from here, their food is the left over buffet food that they do not sell at lunch. That is gross. I had their dinner General Chicken, and it was Deff old chicken. I will never go back, and strongly suggest you dont try it either. Good luck if you do.

I dont eat pork or beef and I called to ask if the item I wanted to order could be substituted and the man that answered said no... youre too complicated. I am the manager and its either pork or beef or you get something else....REALLY ?!?!? I will never go here again and I hope that he learns better manners!!!
