I got the country fried steak with rice and gravy, turnip greens, and navy beans. The steak was very crusty but good. Unfortunately thats all that was good. The beans and greens were from a can. Absolutely no flavoring. The rice was yellow with vegetables in it and it had been sitting out for awhile because many of the grains were hard. The gravy was from a packet. Ill never come back.

It was a typical diner. The food was fine, the staff was good. It was popular, i.e. busy, thus noisy. The portions were generous and prices reasonable. Great for a quick in and out, but that morning I was actually craving something more upscale. No fault of this establishment, just bad timing on my part.

Good breakfast food and reasonably priced. There was dining music playing but it was set to a radio station that played more comericals than music which caused it to be even louder as people attempted to talk over it. The server was not very friendly but she was effecient.

Touristing through and this was unique little diner with greek offerings in addition to lunch diner menu. Makes a great break from hip extreme offerings without going into a chain like home. Service was awesome fast and friendly. Food was good and right price.

Went to Five Points Restaurant this past week, and had an excellent breakfast. The atmosphere made me feel like I had gone back to the 1950s! The food was very good for all (3) people in our party. We will definitely go back when we return to Asheville.

For a light meal theyve got the best grilled chicken salad and they have the very best cheeseburgers Ive ever eaten. Even though its a busy place the servers are very nice and they remember you when you come back often.

One of the last authentic, old-school restaurants in Asheville. Lately, theres always been a wait, but the food is good and the servers are nice. The spinach and feta omelette is my goto. Ask for it the "old way."
