Was hoping the food would make up for the ambiance, but the food was actually worse. Was really surprised how bad it was, considering the great reviews. They were out of margaritas to start, and when I asked for a pacifico, which was on the menu and plastered on the wall, the waitress looked like she had never heard of it before. They were out of that too.. ordered fajitas, which had absolutely zero flavor, and the steak was basically steakumms. Salsa was really bland too. Maybe I got the wrong thing, but thought fajitas were pretty much a staple. And no margaritas is grounds for shutting the place down.. Go to Don Pancho Villa in Clearwater if youre looking for legit Mexican Food

This is hands down the best authentic Mexican food in northern Pinellas. Went on a Wednesday night, which happens to be $1 taco night! My husband ordered 5 tacos in a variety of meats. I ordered the tostadas in chicken, steak, and pork carnitas. Everything was delicious. Steak was my fav! They give you chips and a verde salsa with a little bit of kick to it. After ordering 5 tacos, an order of (3) tostadas, 2 beers, and churros for dessert it was only $23.50. You definitely get your moneys worth here! Our server was very nice and attentive. Took the time to explain things on the menu. All around very good experience! Will definitely be returning!

Great food. Walked in and was empty and thought to ourselves oh oh! Anyways decided to give it a try that way we knew if it was worth coming back or not, and what can I say... We are coming back! Friendly service and a freshly made delicious meal. ¡Que viva Mexico!!

Best mexican food that I have had in florida and I eat mexican at least twice a month. The food was amazing. My husband ordered enchiladas and I had the sopes which were amazing. We also had guacamole which was very authentic. We will be back again. ☺

Authentic Mexican food. Im from California and was raised eating real Mexican food. This is the best Ive found in the bay area. They make their own chips, no store bought here. The flautas and tacos are the best!

My family of 6 came today. There was one other family in the restaurant when we came in, so we were sceptical at first. However, the service was exceptional and everyone in the family LOVED their food. ❤️

Food was authentic but I found it to be sub-par, not bad but just needs improvement. Service was lacking as well but once again not bad. Atmosphere was alright though, a decent atempt at being cozy.

No. Just...no. It was a very awkward setting and the chips were more like flour tortillas than actual chips. The margaritas tasted like the cheap store like mix with no alcohol. Very disappointed
