I should have read the reviews before I came here.....really really bad! I walked in tonight (Saturday, 06/10) and the place is completely dead on what would normally be a busy meal time for most restaurants. For some idiotic reason I decided to give it a try. There was NOBODY in the establishment, including the staff. I started looking at the menu, then decided to maybe make a little noise thinking someone might come out of the kitchen eventually. After a few minutes a woman came out and asked "for here or to go" When I said to go she ripped the regular menu out of my hand, and handed me a tiny paper to go menu. I ordered and decided to look over the menu and got the regular menu ripped out of my hand and rudely handed another tiny paper menu again. WOW! I got home to burnt fried rice, a chicken meat like dish, and not enough soy sauce to choke it down! REALLY BAD SERVICE AND FOOD NOT FIT FOR YOUR DOG! My first and last time here...what a horrible choice! Hey, I hope the owners are reading this, "Your business model sucks, your customer service is deplorable, and then there is the terrible food. There is a reason for nobody being in your restaurant!" Learn from other peoples mistakes, go somewhere else. And good luck to Young Bin!

This is the second restaurant I will never eat at again. If the person who answered the phone would have listen to my questions rather than push my order, this could have been avoided. My error was letting my hunger allow me to go on this food nightmare. Although they were more than quick on delivery, the order was very disappointing and my order was incomplete. If your hungry for wings and fries, be ready for a kids portion of 4 wing pieces and small fries. Thats what that order provides. Got bean sprouts confirmation on the meat with rice combo meal, how about blackened pork fried rice hold the sprouts instead. Order extra egg rolls......what extra egg rolls? Even my children who arent food critics even found this unsatisfactory, without knowing that I wasted my time talking on the phone with the manager. We tried the food and eating it didnt change the feeling of what we received. There wont be a second try with this family. I find it hard to believe that this establishment could be in business for over 20 years and rarely have complaints.

I usually go to another Chinese restaurant but it is a further drive. I was at Sweetbays and thought, "I will try this place." First of all, the sign at the front door said no, smoking. Well, one of the workers had obviously been smoking in the back A LOT. There was no one else in the restaurant which should have given me a glue. But I ordered. I had to stand outside because the smoke inside was too much for me to take. I took the food home. It was THE WORST Chinese food I have EVER had. The vegetables were old and tasted horrible. The hot and sour soup tasted like it could be used as pig slop. The fortune cookies were even old and stale. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. Next time I drove the extra distance to get some awesome Chinese food- not this place. I only give this place one star because I cannot rate it lower and actually post a comment. -1 star

THE VERY WORST CHINESE FOOD I EVEN SEEN. Our company order from here (Large order) sent an employee to pick up when we opened our food it look like it was reheated from days before, food had a strange taste and smell.. The taste left a horrible after taste, drink seriously was watered, chicken didnt look like chicken it smelled like dog food... this is no joke!!! drinks were fountain only and was out of coke, rice looked old and stale, everyone in the office was refused to eat it and returned the food. Manager was highly upset that we returned the food and wasnt concerned as too why and didnt want to give our money back, instead he was very rude about it and threw 1/2 of money back at my employee. DO NOT EAT THERE U WILL BE DISAPPOINTED...THE PLACE IS A DUMP!

The food is acceptable if you do not get buffet. My problem is not with the food , but with the takeout service. I ordered from work before I drove there. They told me 15 minutes and I was exactly on time. Then they try and be smooth and get my money. I say no[ smart move]. I am waiting and they still do not have my order, so I left. I do not understand why they give a time and do not have the food ready for that time. They had my cell number, which I gave. What many of these restaurants do , and I suspect this one did the same thing, is to start cooking the food when I arrive. This defeats the whole purpose. This restaurant lost a good customer. I have eaten there before , inside.

Crab Rangoon (full of onion, NO filling) Egg drop/wonton soup (bland) told us they did not have szechuan sauce 2 give 4 the TINY spring rolls, but they have a szechuan chx on the menu :/ there r better, I would suggest exploring other restaurants, as I plan to do. WISH I would have read the reviews before going here!!! This review is solely based on the horrible food and not of that of a disgruntled customer due to my husband being the one to pick it up for me. he also said the place was completely empty, which Ive read in other comments, its Sat night at 8 pm. a restaurant should be full at that time. thats should have been a clue to run, lol.

The price is great for the food you get. Fried rice tastes great, but too greasy. Itbalso is burnt and you can tell the burnt stuff is old oil that needs to be changed. I have eaten here several times over the years. On my visit to dine in i have seen huge roaches on the buffet line and had hair in my food. When i told the waitress about the haor in my food she accused me of putting it there. After being a long time patron I will NOT return. Their standards have dropped so far over the years.

The Google Map is wrong. It is at MLK and Parsons Ave in the CVS/Sweetbay plaza. The food is delicious. The serve pork and bean sprouts which I have only ever seen offered here. They have a buffet which consists mainly of Americanized dishes. The best food is ordered ala carte from the menu. The prices are very affordable.

My wife ordered shrimp with vegetables. The shrimp was spoiled so she reordered chicken with vegetables and clear sauce. It came out with brown sauce. I had the buffet, what a disappointment. The food on buffet was cold and probably been there for hours. 1st time there and for sure the last.

fiance got carry out from this place and it wasnt very good at all. She got a happy family meal and beef lo mein. The food was soggy, the rice was really dry. It was edible but not really enjoyable, there are much better options in the area for the same price.

It is NOT where google maps says it is. Very nice hostess especially when I had to cancel my order, because Google maps plotted it around Martin Luther King st and I275. It is on MLK but more towards Bradon. I never actually got to eat there though.
