I ordered sweet and sour chicken, hot and sour soup and a spring roll online. This was probably the worst experience Ive ever had with an Asian restaurant. When I picked up my order the lady up front was not friendly in the slightest. I got home, luckily I only live 3 minutes away, and there was no sweet and sour sauce for my chicken. So I called the restaurant to let them know the sauce was missing and that Id like to pick some up. She put me on hold for almost 10 minutes for no reason. She then asked me if I had actually paid for my order. She asked me what exactly I had ordered so I repeated it. She then said I was "allowed" to come pick up some sauce. I get to the restaurant and she picks up the piece of paper that was printed out with my order on it. She shows it to another older lady who then starts screaming in another language. She picks up the container of sauce and shoves it toward my face. Please tell me why someone would make a huge deal about a small sauce that probably costs pennies to make? It was incredibly rude and I will never come back. The food was bland and had no flavor to top it off.

I ordered coconut chicken (with white rice and an egg roll), fried dumplings and crab rangoons. I got what appears to be chicken with mixed vegetebles (with white rice and an egg roll), sweet and sour sauce, crab rangoons and fried dumplings. When I contacted the establishment regarding the mix up I tried to explain that my order was incorrect, but the woman whom I spoke to did not appear to understand and kept asking what I wanted to order. Frustrated, I gave up. I feel 3 stars is fair considering the food that I ate was fair(though I did not eat the mixed vegetables as I do not like them), but some sort of miscommunication along the way resulted in a less than stellar experience. Edit: A second visit and I got everything I wanted. Everything tasted good and Im pretty sure Ill go back afterall I dont know any other place that has coconut chicken.

Being from a major city (DC), where we have an abundance of what we call carry outs, and missing that familiar taste Ive been searching for great take out for almost two years and Ive finally found it! The menu is not what Im used to but thats a good thing! The have Chinese, Japanese and a few American items. Everything Ive had was great! Sushi was fresh, rice cooked perfectly with the flavorful honey chicken, egg rolls were amazing and the wonton soup with a dash of added salt was to die for! Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant is clean. We did take advantage of the few seats they have in the restaurant and it was a good experience. Definitely will be returning!

Love Asian Delight, best Chinese in town. Great customer service & food. I dont get why people are giving them bad reviews. Please understand that even if you call ahead of time to place a order & if you havent show up to pick up your order in 30min time frame the staff will call you to let your know that youre food is ready, this is to guarantee you that the food is fresh and good to be eaten , not because they wanna frustrate you or anything. Trust me Im a regular customer there and sometimes I even forgot that I place a order with them.

I ordered a pickup order not 30 minutes later I got a call asking was I still coming to pick it up.. then less than 10 minutes later I got another call asking the same thing. I find this very rude. I understand youll were close to closing but the store says youll are open till 10 so I expected it to but as soon as I left at 9:45 they locked the doors. I pulled up to Asian delight and the lady was waiting for me at the door. I have never had a restaurant blow up my phone for me to pick up my food. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

They always mess up the orders, and make you pay for their mistakes, dont know their own menu and get upset with the customer for that. We tried it a couple of times because the food wasnt bad. But its not worth the hassle and also if you do a call in, they will be calling you back every 5 minutes you havent come pick your order up. We live 15 mins away and they called me 3 times while i wss driving. I kept telling them i was on my way and kept calling me. So its not the food the issue, its the service.

Went here today just to order chicken fried rice. Walked in stood for 5-10 minutes all the employees were in the back feeding their face, they were standing directly in front of me. They didnt even acknowledge me. Anyways received my food and it was wrong so I went back and GUESS WHAT their feeding their face again stood their. Finally got my food and that will my 2nd and last time ordering from them.

I went there over the weekend with my gf. As she waited in car I went in to wait on my order. Place was empty besides workers. I sat to the left in a chair....a roach poped out of nowhere to my left. Totally freaked me out and jumped up. I pointed at it to a guy who worked there. I was so stocked I ran to the car to tell my gf.

Horrible this is my first and last time eating here. My habachi scallops have zero taste at all ,the veggies taste steamed and my sushi has fish zero eggs on it and I requested extra. Im so upset with my meal I want to take it back.

Got recommended by my friend, so I gave Asian Delight a try. Large portions, nice & clean areas, & great customer service. Definitely coming back again. Love their sesame chicken & the bourbon chicken.
