Took a couple bites out of my food and as I went to take another bite found hair in my white rice. Called to get a refund and when asking for a manager lady on the phone was rude said they couldnt do a refund and I had to take it up there so they could see the hair and they would replace my order.... I dont want my food replaced if I found hair in it just want my money back... Been going here for years with no problems but now I will never go back... I suggest not going here unless you like hair in your food. This place has no good costumer service at all.

We stopped going here a few months ago, after being a customer for years.It takes a lot for us to change ...... We tolerated the occasional tasteless dish from time to time, but at the end - some of the stuff was downright awful. A couple of dishes smelled very bad and we were afraid to eat it. One beef dish we got, the meat was like the kind of stuff youd trim off a piece of low-quality beef and either feed to a dog, or throw away.

A bit more pricey than competitors in the area but well worth it. The food is consistently high quality and my orders are always correct. The crab rangoons are the kind with the four corners (superior, imho), not the triangle kind and they have the orange colored sweet and sour sauce with I used to see all the time in NJ, this is the only place in the area Ive found it at.

Ive been going to this spot for easy 7or 8 years and never had a complaint. As a matter of fact i was always pleased. A few times they took my call at closing and waited for me. Hats off to chinese by wal mart seffnr. For real. Thanks
