I cant even give them one star! Their service is PATHETIC & thats saying it nicely! I ordered through GrubHub. I selected the General Tsos CHICKEN but somehow they got "tofu" on the receipt so thats what got delivered. I also put in the "special directions" CHOP STICKS" X4 but apparently I wasnt "special" enough to get that request granted! Needless to say after calling GrubHub and complaining and being on & off hold with them for over 1.5 hours the most they could do was give us a "credit" of $15 (total bill was $24) due to me paying with cash & the restaurant refusing to refund or remake proper order. I figured since the last time my husband & I dined in our food came out separately 15 mins apart mind you! The waitress was the ONLY ONE besides the cooking staff and the dude greeting customers was also the delivery driver so once he was gone forget ordering via phone!! Everyone is very curt and rude with customers. Unless you have all the time in the world to wait on your uncompleted, cold, food I would seek other places to eat! Did I mention the delivery took over an hour and a half after being promised an hour delivery time? Oh and I live literally right across the street from them ;)

I dined at Lee House for the first time yesterday evening and Im sorry to say, it will be the last. First the pros: our waitress was friendly, and the crabmeat rangoon, along with the orange chicken and sesame chicken that my children ordered were very tasty. The portion size were very large and if I had known, I would have ordered only one entree for two people. The cons: My children"s entrees were delivered a full 25 minutes +, before mine and my mothers were. My children were done eating before my mom and I had even been served! The waitress did not come to my table to check on us as they do at every restaurant Ive ever been to. I hade to call for her attention before I could ask why we had not been served! She blamed the cooks for neglecting to make our order, and appoligised. She offered to take 20% off our bill. I shouldnt have been charged at all for a dish that came so late. Also it was not very good, we ordered the fried almond chicken. It had NO vegitables at all! The chicken and its crust were flavorless. The decor was shabby at best. If this is the best Chinese dining Brandon has to offer, Ill go to Tampa next time. I do not recomend this restaurant.

The first time we dinned there were no issues. Yesterday, the experience was a disaster. The restaurant was half full at best. The "we were busy and there were only 2 cooks working" excuse didnt fly with us. We were a party of 4. After placing the order, we sat for 45 minutes without being served. When the family of 7 that arrived after us were served, that was the last straw. They brought our meal after 1hr and 5 minutes--and not even the entire order. My wife never received her full order. The meal was rushed (Its doubtful our order was submitted) and the taste was unsatisfactory. When I complained to the owner, she offered us $5 credit. I told her that I was insulted. Some guy took over and his customer relation skills sucked even more than the owner. As I stood "irritated" with Platinum American Express Card in hand, he asked "What do you want, a free meal??" Nice! As if I were a homeless guy off the street. Customer service! I responded--at least 20%. He hemmed and hawed and made a scene for all to see. Well never go there again. Unbelievable!

After torturing my family again by insisting we order takeout from Lee House, this time was the last straw. First we tried them via delivery twice – orders arrived wrong. But food was good, so we tried eating @ restaurant – another wrong order. We swore off the place for months. Glutton for punishment, we tried takeout. NEVER ready – no matter what time we called in the order. When they told us “20 minutes”, we waited 45 before leaving our house – STILL wasnt ready. They ignore you when you go to pick it up & when you ask where your food is, they’re rude, tell you it will be a minute (20 minutes later, you’re still waiting), and they blame you and say you called the order in later than you actually did. Tonight after waiting over an hour for our order, they hadn’t even started it yet. Bad service far outweighs the food. We gave them more chances than we should have. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I never review places but this time I could not believe how horrible things were. We ordered delivery and was told it would take 30-40 minutes, the delivery driver didnt arrive until an hour and a half later. I calmly explained how long we waited and the delivery guy had such a nasty attitude claiming they dont ever tell us how long it will be and accused me of lying and continued with rude comments. We called the manager and they were also rude. They lack in customer service and the food was way over cooked. There was also a clump of hair in the chicken, how disgusting! The manager offered to give us credit if we brought the food back or they would make it over, we did not get any money back on what we spent on garbage, why would I want credit to eat at that place again?! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

I give the 1 star because some of the food deserves it other then that extremely rude people. I just left there were they would literally ignore my family and I all while talking and laughing to each other. the fact that everyone around us got drinks and all but my table wasnt even offered something to drink, i waited 10 minutes before saying anything and once I did she walks away and goes to the lady that was suppose to take our order in just a second and walks around laughing... the customer service here is extremely rude if u can get past that and the very long wait for food than so be it but I was so upset I left with out even ordering drinks out of the 15 minutes we were there and they pacing around the place very well didnt make the food worth it for us at all

Will NEVER order from here again! We ordered at 9:20pm tonight and we didnt get our food. We called and called they didnt answer. 11:30pm still no food so we drove down there and they were all in there sitting down eating. I knocked on the door and had to tell them three times we ordered at 9:20pm and we got at the restaurant at 11:40pm. The lady called the driver 4 times with no answer. He finally answered and delivered the food at my door at 11:45pm while we were at the restaurant. My roommate told me the food wasnt even hot! We demanded a refund and they only gave us $15 back. The bill was $48 and they gave us back $15 for cold food that was delivered over 2hrs late! This is UNACCEPTABLE! ! Will NEVER order from here again!

Unfortunately visited the restaurant Feb 5 with out of town guests, we waited 45 minutes plus for very mediocre food...the explanation given for the poor wait time was they were busy with take out orders, our meals arrived one at a time, by a sullen waitress, if I could give it a minus rating I would., very embarrassing for me, I shall never return and will warn all my friends of the very poor service and food. I was not the only party complaining, many tables of people waiting and waiting while they seated new guests and took new orders We ordered very mundane food, egg foo young, 45 minutes?? unacceptable. .I am very surprised that this restaurant is still in business in Brandon where we have many many choices...........
