Wok Chi offers a "Good Chi" program where you can earn credits with each purchase. You get a card and they swipe it when you buy a meal. Yet the very strange part is that have told the cashiers to not ask customers if they want to use their built-up credit. The cashier I asked about this said she was specifically trained to not ask that -- it seems they want you to accumulate the credits, but they also want to make it difficult for you to use them. If you do not remember to tell them to use your credits before you place your order, they are not allowed to ask you about it, and they tell you must wait until the next visit to use your credits. This is really weird. Why install a customer loyalty program then use it to annoy your best customers. The management needs to re-think this. I does not make any sense. Even though I like the food, this strange little quirk makes me much less likely to patronize them.

Wok Chi is the Asian equivalent to a Moes or Chipotle, but with higher quality food. I come to Wok Chi usually around two times a week because of the great customer service and delicious food. I visited yesterday and I was very impressed, there was a line out the door and I still got my meal in under 10 minutes! Where else can you get this quality of food that fast!? The managers and cashiers are always very kind to me and always check in to see how I am doing which means a lot to me. The man manager whom I see every time I come in for lunch was at work serving meals as well as helping prepare them, and his team was doing a superb job for him! I also met a girl for the first time who seems to be a new manager here and she was very sweet to me, another great addition! Keep up the great work Wok Chi and I hope to see more of these pop up around the area!

My gf and I just left the place, we were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered our food and went to sit outside because it was freezing inside and all the tables were disgusting. We found a table inside, the one next to us had rice spewed across the table. Our food didnt take long to come out which was a plus, my gf liked the food and for the price it wasnt bad. Then the manager came out from the back and started joking around with his employees till they were all huddled in a circle not paying us any attention or at least making sure their restaurant was clean. I went up and asked for boxes and left..this was my first and last time coming here. The food was decent but the service was horrible.

I love the food. Its clean and healthy. What I dont like is the inconsistent serving sizes and the wild range in times it takes to cook. I order food 3-4 times a week and I am suprised each time. Sometimes Ill order all 4 veggies broccoli and it will have the same amount of Brocolli as one of my other orders with just 1 Brocolli. This happens everytime. Also it seems the portions arent mesured. I normally place at least 3 orders and they will all have a different amount of food in them. Also if you order to go like me plan to be there 15-20 minutes after they tell you to. They cant get the time down for some reason.

We went in here by mistake. Dont let the outside fool you! We were so glad we came here and will be coming back for sure. The inside of this place is so cool and while you wait, theres delicious complimentary teas. The jasmine was my favorite. Also, they have a hot sauce station. I strongly recommend the sweet chilly sauce. This place doesnt accept tips, they say their tip is for you to come back. To finish off the meal, just get a strawberry fortune cookie! As a side note, the tofu is soft. The cashier didnt know. And the Kung pao is spicier in my opinion than the one with three red lines.

A great place for chinese food. If not the best chinese food I ever had. It was clean and the atmosphere was amazing and if we needed anything the self serve sauce and drink station made it easy for us to get whatever we needed. They had wonderful options for vegan and vegetarians. The music was not too loud which served as nice background noise as we ate. The staff were very nice and walked us through their menu and answered every question we had. Five stars because this is just an enjoyable place to eat in everyway. I WILL be returning to this place again.

Over priced. Veggie spring roll was disgusting. I ordered steak in my bowl and the texture was like pasta. The only way I knew it was beef was because of the fat on it. The noodles were way thick. Not impressed at all and would not recommend. If we hadnt ordered takeout, I would have given it back to the cooks... And speaking of the cooks, we had to wait an extra 10 + minutes because they forgot to cook an order of chicken egg rolls because they were standing behind the wall eating while we waited. Awful experience.

I couldnt have been more happy with the quality of food. I went on a lunch break, and enjoyed a home made meal. No heavy sauces or swimming in sauce food here. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy not soggy. The flavor of the Szechwan was original. Do like the wall suggest when you enter on your left, and gives thanks to the wok master. I work down the road and will eagerly throw my money your way Wok Chi. Thanks for stopping by the Gornto lake shopping plaza and letting us know you are here!

Tried it for the first time recently when I was at a business meeting nearby and we went there for lunch. I would definitely go again if I was in the area. They do store fry and do it well. You get to customize what you want. You pick a protein, 3 vegetables, a sauce, and a rice. You can really customize what you want, which is nice. Staff was friendly. You order at the counter and then they bring the food to your table. All of us in the group enjoyed our meal.

The food served here is uncooked. When I called the manager to complain about uncooked cauliflower, onions and rice, he said this is the way they cook food. I have eaten Chinese and Mongolian across the nation. This is the worst place to eat. Small portions , uncooked food and non friendly atmosphere. No wonder there were hardly anyone on a Friday afternoon in the restaurant. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Great prices and cool fast food casual model restaurant. Choice your protein, sauce, veggies, and then base (rice or whatever) its a stir fry style dishes. Great flavors and combos. Cool atmosphere for dining as well. They give you free green tea as well, drink as much as you want. Im guess they usually always have two flavors at a time. Overall pretty good! Would recommend, and would come back.

Fresh ingredients, free green tea, hot food. This place was delicious. The people working werent super friendly, but they were nice enough. My hair is blue though, so no one is especially friendly when you have blue hair (for some reason). The food is what matters anyways. It was great. I ordered the chicken Gen Tso sauce with white rice and snow peas, red peppers, broccoli, and zucchini. :)
