Friday is seafood night, and the place is always packed. The crab legs are always a big hit. They are difficult to eat unless you know the trick for getting the meat out. Secret method, dont tell anyone: Forget the nutcracker they give you, the shells are soft so they dont crack. Grab the large arm in the center and break it open by squeezing with your fingers as you bend the arm sharply. The shell should crack open and the meat comes out in one large piece. A second trick is to open all the arms, collect the meat on your plate, pour the melted butter over it, and eat to your hearts content. There is a huge selection of food, so there is something for everyone, regardless of your taste. Remember, you are eating at a buffet, so dont expect a waitress to be at your beck and call like a regular sit down restaurant. That being said, I have always had good service from the waitresses. Check out the cool ceiling, and the lights. The pond is always entertaining, but please control your children. The last time we were there, parents let their little brats run wild, and I mean literally running and screaming, completely unsupervised. I wish the staff would have had the guts to throw the people, and their brats, out. I knocked my rating down one star because the staff did not address the brat problem. Definitely try this restaurant the next time you visit Sebring.

Not expecting to get this level of quality in the middle of the state, Sebring is a small city but has that small town feeling to it. So, finding a place like this is quite a surprise. The food is actually good, the selection is very large and the price is good, not cheap, but not expensive either. I find it weird that they charge for the green tea, most places like this do not charge for hot tea.

Chicken was quite tasteless, orange rice was bland but was the most edible part. Broccoli was stiff and disgusting. Egg rolls tasted nothing like an egg roll, and the crab was edible. Was very disappointed with the place. Compared to other buffets my family has been to, this was one of the worst. Not guaranteed to come here again.

Ive eaten alot of buffets especially Chinese most have a poor selection and are filthy. This hands down was the cleanest one Ive ever been to!! It had an amazing selection of food plus hibachi and sushi. Price is a little high compared to others at about $11 but its worth it to me for the quality and cleanliness.

Great restaurant! The variety that they offer is good, the sushi wasnt the best but it was decent. Sadly they do not offer crab legs during lunch time. The decor was beautiful and the ambient was very serene. The staff was very tentative and always on their toes. I would definitely recommend to friends!

My boyfriend and I are visiting for our dive certifications, not knowing were to eat we decided to get this place a try! Although the outside looked questionable, the inside was very clean, service for drinks was fast and efficient! The food tasted amazing! I would defiantly return.

We love the huge selection of Chinese and America food on this buffet. Food is tasty and nicely presented. We especially enjoy the Friday night seafood offerings that include crab legs, clams, mussels, various shrimp dishes, squid, and fish. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I love buffets. This buffet has good services and very friendly staff. The food taste good and place is well designed and clean but the restroom smells weird and prices are high on weekends. The only good deal is the age 12 and under are free on a day. Everything else is good.

All of the food we tried was hot and well made. They have a wide variety of sushi, the soups are very good. Did not try the grill. The staff are friendly, and show up often to take plates away. Our favorite buffet!

Some of the food is good and fresh but some of the food is old and dried out. I suggest you make a little plate of one thing each and then go back and get a plate of the things that you liked.

I eat here at least 3 times a month I drive over 45 mins. Because Im always satisfied with the food. Specifically the sushi. Hands down best Chinese buffet in highlands county.

Good but not great. Eat freshest and healthiest at the Mongolian grill. Good selection of fresh seasonal foods. Sushi bar is adequate but buyer beware at buffet sushi bars.
