This will be the first time I have ever had this many negative things to say about a single restaurant. Let me start off by saying, "You could NEVER get me to go back to this place EVER again!!!" The food was VERY bland. I sampled most of the things on the buffet only thing that was decent was the crab Rangoon. The sushi looked very appetizing BUT the rice under or wrapping the sushi was like rubber in texture. One of them was made with cooked imitation crab and it was so bad that I actually spit it out. I cant remember the last time I spit food out. The spring roll was not crispy and the filling had some kind of breaded filling that was awful. The muscles were like rubber and no flavor at all. As I was leaving I commented to the cashier, Pan, that I would not be returning. He asked what was wrong and I gave him an HONEST opinion of the meal I just spent $30 on for my wife and I. He said "Your expectations for a Chinese buffet are obviously too high" and then said "I cant picture you giving anybody a good review" to which I said "Why did you ask me for my honest opinion if you dont want to even her the truth?" and he just rolled his eyes at me. I had no plans to write a review until I was spoken to by Pan in that manner. The only thing that they had going for them was that the servers were very attentive to the customers and the iced tea was pretty good.

I have been eating here for a long time since I was a kid to be more exact and I never had any complaints until today when I went to get food for take out, I found a hair in my food, and I wanted to get my money back. the owner is rude right off the bat and tries to get loud with me when I was no where near trying to be loud. the cashier who was talking to me before he came was very nice. but he tells me because I took the hair out that Im trying to con him out of his money BUT I brought at least 80% of my food back, and Im the con artist? he tried so hard to not give me my money back in full he ended up giving me half of my money back, I work hard for my money and I want to spend it on something worth while, to be very honest the food quality has gone down drastically, food is always cold and on occasion its sour like its gone bad. the place is not clean and I know the man makes a good amount of money because he wears expensive stuff, but apparently he cant upgrade the restaurant? make it more presentable? the front door is BOARDED thats not something I want to see when I walk up to a restaurant that tells me youre cheap and dont want to get a new door. I will never be stepping foot in this establishment again DO NOT waist your time here. and this review will be going on yelp too just in case if it mysteriously disappears from here.

Nothing super about this buffet Where to start my party and me arrived at 855pm its supposed to close at 11pm the lady that sat us was hispanic n didnt speak english but thats not an issue since im bilangual we ordered waters and 2 sweet teas. Went to get sushi, the cooks informed us that theres no sushi after 9pm al tho there were scraps if sushi left (gotta wonder how long its been there) only 4 rows of selection. Barely any seafood, barely anything tbh. The server kept ignoring us and not picking up our stacks of plates. Egg rolls were old n cold, egg drop soup tasted nothing like what its supposed to. The only enjoyment was the ice cream. As we split the bill and went to pay of course i wasnt tipping after that then the two servers got mad showed each other our recipts with no tip and spoke angrily in their language. Its cheap but crappy id find a better buffet nasty nasty nasty

This is by far the worst place in history. I went there with my husband and toddler daughter. I was craving Chinese and thought this place would be good. We grabbed our food and were literally in there for less than 10 minutes and ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD AND HARD. I refused to let my daughter eat any of that she couldnt even swallow the food and cried about it on the restaurant. After telling the manager how dissatisfied I was they only offered to bring out fresh cooked food. I declined the offer because I didnt want any funny business being done to my food. I said I didnt want to eat there anymore and they still had the AUDACITY to charge me $2.12 for my soda that I only took 2 sips of because it smelled like they hadnt cleaned their soda machine in years!! If I could rate negative stars I would. Worst experience EVER!

First let me say that I am not a complainer. My mother has worked in a restaurant my entire life so I am generally understanding and dont complain. The fact that I am taking the time to write a negative review says A LOT! Tonight was the worst $70 meal my family has ever shared. The food wasnt even close to fresh. It was rubbery and tasteless. Even the rice and noodles tasted as if they had been microwaved over and over again. Our children agreed that the food was gross, even complaining about how hard and freezer burnt the desserts were. Trust us, take out...even McDs would be a better meal.

The restaurant has a variety of foods to choose from. I usually enjoy the food. Lately the chicken has been over cooked and dry. My biggest complaint is the service. I do not like wait staff picking up plates before I am finished or as in most cases lately picked up from the center of the table between me and my eating companion. Reaching in front of me while trying to eat or maintain a conversation with my guest is very, very annoying. I asked for a "Comment Card" to share this information and the only response I received was "Huh". I will be looking for a new place.

I have been going to this place quite often during the years, but from now on , they are OUT OF MY LIST, THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING I FOUND A ROCH IN MY PLATE WHILE I WAS EATTING CLAMS. There was no manager or owner or any higher authority to address the issue to. And as a result we get some waiter telling us “Oh Maam we are sorry about that your bill is on us you don’t have to worry about your bill” and then he said “we just sprayed for pest control so the Roaches are coming out” he thought that telling us this, will make us feel better YUK.

Food: Your standard Chinese takeout fare. Beef & Broccoli, Fried Rice, seafood medley, mushrooms, mussels in bean sauce, egg rolls,etc. They also have desserts including (real) ice cream. Cleanliness: No complaints. Food was hot and fresh and was rotated frequently. Bathroom was spotless. Service: No complaints. Waiter was attentive and refilled drinks before they were half gone. Location: about 10 minutes from the airport. If your staying in one of the hotels nearby and are craving Chinese, this is not a bad option at all.
