I love Taco Bell but this is the only one Ive been to that in the 20 min I took lunch I had to return two tacos for being made incorrectly I listen to the manager yell at a young man named David (and I only know it because I heard he say it so much) about everything he was doing wrong they messed up 4 other orders after mine. I would guess that they needed to switch places so she knew what went out was right and dont have a new hire work the rush hour untill he is comfortable once again I love Taco Bell and I wont judge a company as a whole for one managers wrong doing but this location sucks worst part its next to my work

I really dont eat fast food , but I went to Taco Bell cuz I believed atleast they have ample amount of veggies and protein in their menu. Went to drive thr, I ordered steak chalupa , I was very disappointed to see the amount of steak they have inside . For supreme steak Chalupa $3.19 plus tax and hardly any meat inside ! I went back to see if it was a mistake , the employee told me the size just got smaller .what a grand corporate joke !! Did the gmo beef price just go high Taco Bell ? I am taking taco bullshit out of my fast food list too . I would have better to publix or subway ..

Every Taco Bell has the same issue. They forget part of the order. Ive been to Taco Bells all over the country and its the same issue over and over again. Im missing part of my order. It does no good to complain because there solution is to come back to the store to get what was missing. I use drive thru for a reason, coming back and letting my food get cold is not the solution. This needs to be fixed as its a consistent problem. In every visit to this Taco Bell they have missed part of my order. This almost always happens when what ever I order has more than 1 items to it.

Very displeased!!! I have come here multiple times and they always mess up something. I only kept going because it was convenient from work. Im a vegetarian and I ask for a BEAN burrito. They only get it right from time to time. Then I got potatoes that had no sour cream. Ive gotten half cooked food before on multiple occasions. They have a funny taste. I used to go to this taco bell since I was a kid.. nope no more. The prices went up as well and I totally wasted my money. Definitely not coming back this time.

After seeing the video posted by marcus pryor, I will never eat or bring my family here. The employee went from scrubbing dishes to making food without changing gloves and the customer asked forthe it to be remade (thats filth). The employees refused to give him his food or refund and called the cops and the dumbass cop doesnt take the time to see that this guy did nothing wrong and tresspasses him......what a sorry excuse for customer service. 0 stars if i could......AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great Place to eat, food is always fresh,the whole team have always been friendly, the Manager She is Amazing, always engaging,welcoming,and very friendly to the customers. I have been coming here for a year or two, and i will never go to any other taco bell. This place here, is my #1 and first choice when it comes to fast food. Fyi, the restaurant is always clean,especially the women bathroom...i dont have any complaints at all...i can truely say that i am a fauthful and happy customer.

The manager was rude and abrupt with me immediately when I entered the establishment. Then they had run out of beans for their burritos. I had to pull ahead and wait a significant amount of time for the substandard food that I was presented with. The young lady that served me was friendly..but she promised extra food items to make up for them running out of major components of their products and the wait. She did not follow through to make sure that the promised items were delivered.

Absolutely disgusting. I live 10 minutes away and have tried eating here several times. I will drive 30 minutes away to another Taco Bell before going to this store. I usually order tacos and a Mexican pizza. There really is no other way to describe the taste except to say it is disgustingly gross. The ingredients are not fresh and the food always tastes burnt. Other people that I know have said the same thing. Its so horrible you cant even eat it.

I wish you could give separate ratings for different times of day, because during the day, Id give this location 5 stars. However, at night when it is drive-thru only, it is consistently terrible. Bad enough that youd be better off driving to any other Taco Bell if you have to have it. Horrible wait times even if theres only a few cars ahead of you, wrong orders, and poor quality.

A Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, yet there are great Taco Bell locations, and not so great locations. This one location is GREAT! Service is fast, they can take a special order - with additional/extra toppings, or with something removed and it doesnt phase them one bit. The folks who work here are super professional, fast, and friendly.

Ive been to better Taco Bells than this one. Occasionally they will get your order wrong or miss items so make sure to check the bag before you leave the window. Food will be cool most of the time, and the food is prepared pretty sloppy. Depending what time you go to the drive thru service can be really slow for a fast food place.

The restrooms had just been cleaned before we used them. As we were ordering, the new cashier was very nice and very good at taking our order. There was also a manager standing there to oversee the order. Our food came out very fast and it was very good, especially the shells of our tacos. :)

Compared to other taco bells, this is not very good. Nothing is well prepared, the line is always long, and when charged extra for something, you never get an extra amount. They have always gotten my order correct, more or less, but I have always been disappointed.

I used to love TacoBell when I was a junk-food addict. I came back here on a weak moment and was quickly reminded how awful this food is for your system. Thanks for the reminder I wont be back ever. I gave 3 stars cause people are nice.

first off cashiers cant handle the food so for the person in da bottom dont lie they do wash there hands all the time nd they get ur food less then a min so this is a good location and fast

Its like the Wal-Mart of fast food. Trashy people, mediocre athe best food, and cheap prices. Wait times are pretty long, above average. Customer service is lacking considerably.
