We typically go in here in the evenings/night and its always the same. Poor quality food and poor service. Its not uncommon for a server to say sit anywhere youd like and take 10 minutes before youre even offered a drink, now mind you this isnt the breakfast or brunch rush, its night shift and only a couple tables. The attitude of these young girls they hire sucks as well, personal conversations are loud and inappropriate for staff to be having in front of customers. While they are busy talking amongst themselves drinks go unfilled and unless you can flag one down you have to wait until they feel like coming to take an order. The food.. well youd think waffle house would make good waffles but they are often undercooked or soggy, if you want chocolate chips or something like that dont expect them in the batter, they just dump em on top. Dont bother telling them how you like your steak as it always comes back well-done, bad steak too, but its waffle house so I wouldnt expect it that great. Eggs are often undercooked as well, runny sunny side up eggs that almost seem raw when they served it. Ive gone here 5-6 times and its always the same. What really struck me was one evening on our most recent trip the manager asked how everything was and when we shrugged and replied "It was alright..." that seemed fine with him and he replied "Great!" The right answer for a manager would have been to ask why it wasnt excellent and how could they improve. Just because its waffle house isnt an excuse for sub-par service and food.

Id like to thank Eddie the cook for changing his gloves constantly, as we watched him cook at Waffle House, 7505 Crile Rd, Lake, OH 44077 on Sunday 10/16/16. Everytime he got bacon or sausage out of the fridge, and onto the griddle, changed his glove. Everytime he cracked an egg, changed his glove. Times when I dont know why, he changed his glove. A lovely sight to see. Go to this WH; off exit 200 of the I-90 through Ohio. Clean, great location!

Ive been to this location numerous times and different shifts; 3rd shift Is by far the best service I have gotten. Brandi and Fred are the only ones that I will allow to wait on me here because of the service they provide and how friendly they are. I come here every Thursday night cause I know they will be here. Brandi is the best waitress here and fred is the best chef here. The food here is always good with fred behind the grill.

Pleasant, Friendly Waitress its 10pm on a monday so not really busy, my food was cooked just the way I like it! Lisa our waitress gave us good service! We obviously didnt have a long wait.. I ordered Bacon Egg Cheese Sandwhich Hashbrowns..

I stopped in to get some food, but they happened to be out of what I wanted. The manager(and possibly the owner) gave me whatever I wanted to eat, all for free. Great staff, delicious food, Ill be coming back again.
