After witnessing what goes on in this restaurant I will never eat at this location again. My wife and I stopped at this KFC on our way back to Tampa while passing through Plant City. As I stood in line there were two customers in front of me, two customers behind me and another customer that just walked in the door with a bag of food. The customer with a bag of food walks up to the counter and says "excuse me." The KFC employee comes over to her and says "yes can I help you?" The customer tells her, " I ordered two pieces of white meat and you gave me two pieces of dark meat." The employee says, " oh, you were the one that called." The employee apologized and took the food and exchanged it for her. Then the employee opens the bag of returned food, took the chicken out and put it back on the rack with the rest of the freshly cooked chicken! Then she reused the Box that the old chicken was given to the customer in. I could not believe she put that chicken back on the rack with the rest of the chicken. Who knows what that lady did with that chicken before she brought it back. I was so disgusted we left the restaurant.

Went through the drive thru on my way to work. The order taker was told the order three times and still the order was incorrect. Was not given straws for my drinks so I had to get out of my car to walk inside and get them myself. Tried to call the store to voice my concerns and no one answered. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

All sides sell for 3.29 but when you buy a bucket they serve it with mashed and Cole slaw any substitute comes with a .99 up charge so changing to Mac for the kids cost .99 more yet it you buy a large Coke slaw it the same price as the Mac. I guess this is the home of you take it our way or you can pay up.

The crew is quite friendly but the restorant itself needs a little cleaning and/or remodeling. KFC has really beatiful stores in Florida, this is not the best when it comes to look. The food is good though, as in many KFCs I have visited.

Bought a mashed potato bowl, hadnt had one in a while. Got home with it. First bite delicious. Second bite HAIR. There was a hair in my food. 8 - 10" long. Yuck!!! Mgr offered to give me another. No thank you

Couldnt even finish my order. All I got was sass from a girl on the com. I dont know what her deal was but she was very rude and made it impossible for me to order. Canceled it and left.

Used to live in PA. The KFC there would charge me an additional $20 for the same amount of food I ordered here. Great food and Great Service. Couldnt ask for more.Thank you.
