If I had the option to put no stars then I definitely wouldnt put any stars. HORRIBLE STUPID EXPERIENCE TODAY!! We decided to go because we were in the for burgers. We get in line to order and had to wait 5 minutes, we were told that large was not available, it was fine, so, we ordered our food and headed to the first window, the "manager" told us that she had to "swipe" our card at the second window register, she took way longer than expected and another employee came to the window looked at us weird as if she were saying "what are you guys doing here?" my husband told her "the manager took off with our card" the employee began laughing and walked away, the manager then came back and charged our card at the first window where we were waiting for her and gave us back our card, she didnt even bother giving us our reciept, we then proceeded to the second window to recieve our food, the girl at the window handed us our drinks but was taking too long in giving us our food and the bags were right next to her, my husband looked and she noticed he was staring at the bags so she gave them to us, we checked and the fries were a small, we told her and she took the bags back, she had a small attitude but changed the fries to a bigger cup, turns out she put them into large fry cups after she said they didnt have large. Horrible experience with paying, took waaay to long and waay to long to get our food when it was right there. Will be keeping close eye to our bank account because it seemed odd that the manager left with it and WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. YOU EMPLOYEES SUCK ASS!!!

What can I say? I just got back from "lunch" at this place. I was in the drive through for almost 10 minutes before placing my order. In the meantime, Im almost hit twice by other cars trying to pull in. The parking lot design is very bad. I finally place my order and I am told to drive around front and wait. After waiting another almost 10 minutes, i walked in to see what the hold up was (and return by totally flat soda). After another few minutes, they replaced the soda and gave me my food. (the food was dumped in the back, the chicken strips and fries all fell out of their container). While walking back to my car in disgust, I took a drink and it was FLAT AGAIN! I turned around and left it on the counter and walked out, NEVER to return again. Dear Manager/Owner: Hit the reset button on this place before you lose it! Bring on Chik-Fil-A and better (polite) service!

They literally just stopped running the drive-thru, like they were on strike. STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY... In the middle of a breakfast rush. I was stuck with no way in or out with two babies in the car. Had to start communicating with the cars in front of me that no one was going to answer the speaker, please let me out. Called the store, the manager acted surprised and said the car wasnt picked up by the sensor, but it was thinly veiled RUDE BS. If its been 20 minutes since a car came in the middle of breakfast rush check your speaker. Oh, wait, the one that looks like a bomb went off inside of it, has no screen, just rust and bug nests. These people make our food? Its not the first time, it wont be the last, well... it will be for me at least. Date and time of incident- 6/28/16 9:30AM

Horrible, horrible service. The person taking my order was great. All down hill from there. Watery, runny shake. I was told, "thats just how they are". It was basically room temperature, sooooo? Then, ordered a kids meal. I was told they dont, come with a toy? Since when? Why in the hell would I spend extra money on a stupid kids meal, if it didnt come with a toy? Plus, your website says they have them. Why would I assume otherwise? Manager was dismissive and rude. The food was cold on top of it. Its not like it was crazy busy and she didnt have time... Ill drive to the one farther down the road. Always good service and generally good food.

This is the WORST experience with Burger King. The staff was incompetent and rude. After waiting 30 minutes for an original chicken sandwich, the girl in the back, Ashley, yelled "She gone have to wait!" I told her I had been waiting and I wanted my money back. I see why the sign says "Now Hiring" and maybe this time they can hire someone without an attitude problem. The couple behind me had a hair in their food! No manager was present, or it would have been handled on site. I will be placing a call to corporate tomorrow. If you are starving I would recommend chewing off a limb and eating it before going here!

Horrible service. I was a customer before and after the renovations, and nothing has changed. There is usually always something wrong with my order. The whole staff was clueless. The last time was the straw that broke the camels back. I was handed 4 different orders before we got ours. I literally opened up the sandwiches to see if these might be ours and they werent!! When we finally got our order, I pulled up and watched them give the order I had just previously had my hands on, to the people in the car in back of us. Will definitely NOT go back there.

Horrible service, they close before the time and very slow!!! Yo habia tenido una peor experiencia y me queje directo con la corporacion y al siguiente dia me resolvieron..... Despues volvi y comi adentro yelservicio fue excelente y todo fresco.... !!!! 6/9/17

I dont usually write reviews, but this Burger King has really given me bad service I think others should think twice before eating here. I ordered a sausage muffin sandwich and maple fruit oatmeal on a Sunday morning. I received an egg and cheese muffin sandwich and my maple fruit oatmeal was so watered down and cold. The food was bad, the order was wrong, and i see that im not the only one who has written bad reviews about this Burger King. I wont be going back to this location. Its not worth it.

I went through drive thru and ordered a Hershey pie. I waited in line for about 6 minutes waiting on my order and when I finally get to the window, they tell me they have none left. They couldnt tell me that when I ordered because employees were too busy chit chatting with another employee going through the drive thru as well(reason I waited so long) Then, my food was old and cold. Never again.

We waited 10 minutes in line only to find out they ran out of chicken nuggets and a Coke ICees which we just ordered. This is by far the slowest Burger King I have ever encountered. We ended up leaving with nothing and driving to the other Burger King on Gibsonton in 301 and it took us less time to drive there and get our food then we were in line at this one. Horrible service

This is one of the few places in the area to stop through a drive thru. Needless to say its always my last choice because the service at this burger king is lousy! They forgot my free ice cream cone with the order and I had only 15 nuggets in my 20 piece order. I tried calling, but go figure the number is a fax. I hate this burger king! Nothing but constant problems!
