I would have gave it a zero rating but I cant on here. My wife and I were there last weekend after being hungry from the beach. When we got there we were greeted just fine, but when we sat our waitress came over and was quite rude to us. We couldnt decide on what we wanted because we actually havent ate at Olive Garden in years because the food is not the best, but we decided to try it out. When we finally figured it out we asked our waitress when she recommends and she just said "anything really just order your food". I was like OooKkkk... Then she asked what my wife wanted a soup or salad and then my wife said salad and she just left quickly. She came back with a huge bowl of salad that was wilted and she put cheese on it without asking us and left. I thought they are suppose to ask you how much. I actually wanted a side soup but was never given the option. Finally after 25 mins of waiting for our food it was all very old and you can tell because my wifes chicken parm was completely dry with a peice of square cheese melted on top with little sauce. Her lasagna didnt look it, it look like chili in a bowl. We waited another 15 mins till we saw the waitress again and asked her for some fresher food and she said that it was fresh that we need not worry and enjoy our food. 10 mins later a different waitress came and started to take plates off our table for no reason and asked if we needed anything. I said a refill on my empty drink would be nice since I had snacked on all the ice I had waiting for her to come refill our drinks. She was told that my wife didnt feel comfortable eating a bowl of lasagna chili and dry parm so she took it and came back in 2 mins with totally fresh food with an apology. That was nice seeing that the original waitress could have done that. So we just asked to pack up the food. The funny thing was right before we left the original waitress came back and gave us our check. She then had a great attitude and asked if we came from the beach since my wife had a towel wrapped around her hip because she was cold, then proceeded to interrupt my wife and talk over us so we would leave quicker. I dont know if it was because we were people of color at the restaurant seeing that we were the only ones there or if its cuz it was close to closing time and they just didnt care but it was the worst experience my wife and I had in a long time. We are frequent restaurant goes, but with the exception of steak and shake late night, this place is the worst that we had. We still left a tip because we no how it is to be a waiter and left a small note saying thankyou for your service, this tip is not because your service with was terrible, it is because you work for tips and you may need it. Olive Garden, well this one is not good. Recommend that you DONT GO!

Let me start by saying that I had fond memories of this restaurant from when I was a kid when we had one in my own city. When I saw the ads on TV for them offering a combo special with dinner for two including appetizer, and dinner we figured we’d stop in on our next visit to the US when I had to deposit some money. When we first arrived, we were definitely concerned that there was going to be a bit of a wait however that was not the case. There was a small wait for tables of more than two, but it was not significant in any way. After being seated we were promptly offered a small sample of wine of which was a red wine that I don’t normally drink. I wasn’t particularly fond of it myself, but my partner enjoyed it. Service was relatively quick and it took a while for us to decide however she opted for the fettuccine and I went the Tuscan Chicken. From here on out it went downhill though as the first mistake was that our salad had no croutons. This was because the server gave ours to a table that had requested none. Since they and we had already started eating it was too late to take it back. The server then said that she would bring us some croutons, and never did. However, it got even worse after that when the food arrived. As soon as my dish arrived something did not look right about the chicken. I started to cut into a piece that had already been chopped up only to see that the inside of it was still pink. I waited for the server to come by, and immediately sent the entire dish back as who knows how that may have contaminated the dish (even if all the other pieces were cooked). Luckily the manager happened to be walking by at the exact same moment so she was also able to observe the uncooked chicken. At the time they tried to compensate by offering me a bowl of soup or something else, however I had wanted to try the dish so waited for a new one to be prepared. Needless to say, it is disappointing having to watch somebody else eat while you sit there. I will say however though, that they did a great job of making sure that I was compensating me by discounting the bill by the price of my meal. Unfortunately despite that, we left with a bit of a sour taste as the meals that we did get were lack luster at best. At this point in time, I’m not sure that we’ll make the effort to give this one another shot, even though we like to gives places a second chance. It could just be the location, as they were quite busy on the day we went but that shouldn’t change the taste of the dishes. They have many other things on the menu that we would like to have tried, but if we were paying full price for any of the dishes I would say that it is not really worth it. Dish sizes are good, but quality was under par.

My husband and I dined there for my birthday. It had been nearly 20 years since I had been to an Olive Garden. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I definitely cannot say that anymore. Firstly, when I am spending nearly $100 on a dinner for two, I do not expect to be seated at a corner table by the entrance/bar and next to a bunch of crying kids. When TWO grown-ups want to dine, we definitely dont want to be placed in an area where it is obviously a bar atmosphere (not dining) and near unruly children. The food was really NOT that great. The steak was so small it was barely visible and my Jumbo shrimp were more like cocktail or salad shrimp. The pasta was actually dry and tough. The only thing positive about the experience, was our waitress. She was very attentive and a pleasure.

The food is decent. You get your average, sometimes better than average Italian food. The service is fairly good, depending on the server. There is rarely ever a wait to be seated, which is great. The atmosphere is quite cozy and perhaps even reminiscent of somewhere you might find in Italy. I suppose thats what they were going for. The restaurant is fairly clean for the amount of people they serve. They also have a little kiosk you can use to pay with right at your table which is really cool too.
