Better off going to Macaroni Grill across the street if youre in a party of 5 or more. Weve been to Olive Garden a few times over the years and have never had such a bad experience. Food was fine, I cant say everything was horrible however the service was subpar. Half of our party arrived before the other half but they still seated them which was nice so we werent all waiting for a table. When we arrived the first half of our party were receiving their drinks, we werent asked what we would like to drink until we asked the waitress for drinks. She brought the drinks then disappeared and came back asking for orders, we placed our orders. Food came within a decent amount of time for all but 3 people. They had given someone else in our party the wrong plate and had to make another, understandably so. By the time the 3 of them had their food (a little over 10 minutes after everyone else) some of us had finished eating and were boxing up food. Here is where things went from bad to worse: the checks. We had told them we would be on separate checks, this is usually not a problem. At the hundreds of restaurants weve been to in larger groups we almost never have a problem with the checks. After waiting about 30 minutes for our check we started asking other waiters to find our server because we hadnt seen her. Someone comes by says there was a glitch that caused a problem with our checks. Another 10 minutes go by and our server comes with checks, that were not all accurate, so she had to go back again. Another server comes by, that we hadnt seen at all before, apologizes saying shes the one who caused the problem with our checks. Then another person who I would assume is the manager came and apologized (at this point I had enough and wanted to leave). We explained to the manager that everything had gone wrong to which she apologized and apologized and apologized some more. I asked her who could check us all out so we could leave and she quickly took credit cards and started charging. We finally were able to leave, about 3 hours after we arrived, all of us extremely frustrated while the manager kept saying "sorry". All that apologizing wasnt doing anything but aggravating us.

So sad to learn this olive gardens hace a segregation chamber. Everything started when we arrive at the place. The lady took our name wrote it on a paper told us that there was a wait of 10 minutes, and then 3 other couple came in after I waited for 15 min and they Were taken to tables before we did when I ask them what happen the lady told me she was waiting to find out if our table was reday Yes the racial descrimination corral with 6 tables to a corner were they sit Hispanics, blacks and lower class individuals. There was a prostitute. And a drug dealer and then 2 Hispanic and a black family. The bench sits are ripped and table discolor. And black and Latino servers. The food was less than good quality. Never coming back again. The servers were great. I couldnt swallow ones I notice what was going on the 2 other couple finish and left and here I am making sure am not just seen things. 2 more white couples come in they sit in the nice tables one Hispanic couple comes in they sit in the corral, one black couple comes in they sit in the corral the next whit cople comes in. Wait yes the prostitute left there is an empty table no they si by the window. Is all good but I normally spend around $200 a visit at olive gardens 2 to 3 times a month. But not anymore. They just told me they dont need my money.

If theres a bright center to the galaxy, this is the Olive Garden that its farthest from. First, the parking is all jacked up -- the tiny parking lot is shared with a Red Lobster, so anytime near dinnertime, you have to circle with the other suburban lot-sharks for a spot, or park 100 yards away and walk across a busy road. This weekend, it was raining. No thank you. Second, if youre anytime near dinnertime, the wait will be an hour or more -- and you have to wait outside, mostly. This weekend it was raining...no thank you again. Third, once inside, you feel the pressure to eat and vacate your table. AND, the last couple of times we were at this O.G. it just, simply wasnt all that good. My wife makes better Fettuccine Alfredo; I make better al dente noodles. So this weekend, it just wasnt worth it -- we fought our way through the idiots in the parking lot for one lap, eyeballed the cluster of people crowded under the tiny awning outside in the rain, and just left. We drove 30 miles to an O.G. in Lakeland, and STILL probably got our food before we would have if wed stayed. Unless it lunchtime, or the parking lot is empty, this O.G. just isnt worth going to.

Once again we went to OG for dinner and I must admit the previous time I was there I looked around and really didnt see much. Last night was different we were greeted by 3 lovely young ladies that were all smiles( huh). They were delightful and when one of them said they have a table ready in Erikas station and please follow her.Normally you hear this way with a wave of the menues I almost dropped a turd( old people can say that). These young ladies should be training all greeters, because they were perfect. When seated Eika came over and was as outstanding as ever. Her choices for our meal was as perfect as the food itself. We love Olive Garden and enjoy going back often, keep up the great work.

Sat at the bar because the hostess was busy figuring out where and who could seat a 3 top. I figured with the one other person in front of us waiting at the host stand, this could take 15 minutes to figure out. It was a bit muggy and hot in the lobby and I wanted a drink. So we just sat at the bar. We had it all to ourselves since it was 3:00 on a Monday. Mike was the bartender, I liked him because of his speech impediment, I think its so cute. He makes a great Mojito. We just got apps, salad, bread sticks and a side of Alfredo because we were really there to have a few drinks to celebrate Presidents day and we havent been to O.G in years.

I am very optimistic been twice in the last year but before then it had been about 5-6 so I wasnt sure what to expect...... and the first go around chicken Marsala was terrible. Then on the second trip which was tonight i ordered the 5 cheese zitti and was horrific the soup was so so as well as the salad was not so great. In addition my girlfriend ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, and it was terrible as well she took about 2 bites and that was it, I have had better from the frozen section in the grocery store honestly. I love Italian just not this place. Go to spaghetti warehouse or Buca. just my opinion

Poor service! Joann the waitress rude uncaring and is not personable! Its just a job ! The prices are higher and they cut out many things. The tea dont have a peach in it anymore !!!! Wow you would think they could afford to put peach in tea since their prices are so high. The ambiance is not good ! The smoothie was runny we sent that back . The food was plopped down on the table as if we were animals. The soup was water no meat no noodles. We have vowed never to go there again. The bread sticks were cold and not fully cooked. Just cant see how they stay open. Just save your money!!!!
