The portions are small I know I use to work there and they make employees measure the meet Only one table spoon of beef then after all the toppings are on we have to weigh it weighs to much we had to bring to back and take some stuff off till it was right and if we didnt we got a warning the first time them the manager said if i did it again the difference would come out of my check etc. Now as a customer they cant even get the order right half the time that never get my moms right I mean how can you mess up a soft taco nothing but meet extra meet and everytime there is lettuce and no extra meet its the same amount see they put so much lettuce so you do realize how little meat your getting so everytime I would get my moms its only a soft taco no lettuce or tomato just meat extra meet she cant chew the lettuce etc. But everytime its got it on it and I pay over a dollar something for extra meet and never get extra except extra lettuce I never asked for in fact I would asked them to repeat the order twice on the rare occasion I do get a recite it even says what I asked for and charged for the extra meet even though I didnt get extra meat and I say rarely because most the time I dont get one even so needless to say we no longer eat at taco bell they would rather save money by shorting customers on meet etc. Then to give them a little more meat especially when they pay for it then to make them like they use to back when you actually got meat and extra when you pay for it but then you rarely needed extra back then you got full for a decent price and im sure more business a lot I would rather do that and keep my customers coming back plus the word of mouth is a very powerful thing well I would not tell anyone to ear there I wouldnt buy it for my dog if I wanted meat and

Describe my experience really OK I WILL. Today I go into taco bell and I order 6 taco from a nice girl named Cheyanne at 10:40:45 am spending $7.64 I ask for hot sauce she ask me how many. I say a hand full please. I look to see that I only had like 5 packs of hot sauce. I then ask for a hand full again saying that wasnt enough and a rude girl came out of the back and said I need to know a number of how many you want exactly? She tells me how they pay $40 a box and they cant just give it out like that. So I looked at the island where the sauces are and see empty containers and a note saying tell the cashier the number of sauces you want. This is a horrible practice especially since the island is still sitting in the center of the floor. The manager comes out and when I expressed my dissatisfaction she kept repeating herself saying I was right as to just brush me off to shut up and leave. I must say at least they finally got the order right this time but wont be giving them a chance for a next time. I wont be returning here.

I have lived in the area for 5 years. And for five years without fail the drive-thru has screwed up my order every single time. I actually quit eating taco bell all together because of this place. I looked online at other review sites, and it seems I am not the only one with this issue. I even contacted taco bell and filled out their surveys and questionnaires after the last time they didnt get my meal order right. They sent me to a page that said a district manager would contact me. Never happened. They just dont care. Now, other restaurants get my money.

This taco bell sux. managers are clueless.workers are rude. This y thy call it taco hell? Food was horrible. I miss the cheese a ritos? Simple and cheap and were awesome .....bring Baker the old days!!!!! The kids wouldnt know how to make change if the register didnt tell them how to? My bill was 13.23.....I gave the kid a 20 He put 200.00 in and was toootaly confused on how mu h I get back. The manager came over and to get Caculator to figure my change? Would not recomend this taco bell!

Horrible service, skimped on sauce as if Multi-million dollar corporation like this cant give you more damn sauce? We had 4 people and over 20 items, but they gave us two sauce packets for myself and all my friends and manager stated it was standard to do so..I will never eat here, only stopped because my gf isnt very bright and doesnt recognize quality but instead filth..I mean we are eating filler beef..aka not real good to eat..Dont be a sucker for these conniving franchises anymore..

Where do I start? I dont complain usually but damn this Taco Bell sucks I added nacho cheese for 60 cent and barley got any tacos were completely stale they messed up my order I asked manager if it was all there he said yes so I left drive thru parked checked bag half my stuff was missing went to go back through drive thru but line was huge. They take no pride in their food. Quality horrible. Shut it down so we can have something better.

My sister and I checked to see if Taco Bell was open and it said they were until 3 am. We drove all the way out here and lights were on inside with three staff members sitting at a table. We had to go through the drive in twice for them to realize a customer was there. After receiving the food, it looked like it was just thrown together. Worst experience ever, never coming back to this location again!!

Best Taco Bell Ive been to. Everyone had smiles on, friendly, professional. And they got my food to me fast. When I say fast I mean I walked over to the drink machine and filled up my cup and when I turned around they had my food on the counter ready for me...fast. And this is during lunch time. Inside is about 80% full and there are cars flowing through the drive through. Thanks staff.

Staff is somewhat friendly, stays decently clean, downfall is when you eat in they are blasting their A/C and causes you & your food to freeze. Try not to eat in. Side note, once found plastic hard small object in food and they declined responsibility since it was drive thru versus eating in. Check your food before eating here.

Every time I order tacos they barely have any lettuce in them. Im forced to pay extra for lettuce or go inside and have them fix my order. I dont get it! Without lettuce the taco will fall apart. How is it Taco Bell cant make a taco :( I cant wait for the new location in Riverview to open cause Im sick of going to this one.

I just 15.00 on hard and soft tacos and they were all stale. I tried to call this taco bell store to speak to the manager and the number on the receipe was a fax number. I tried to call another store in the area and there was no answer. I am very upset and would not recommend dinning at this store.
