This will be my disappointed experience with panera at the Brandon towns center mall. My wife went 30 mins before closing time on Sunday for two sandwiches and two small soups, I ordered the Italian sandwich, when she got home and I took it out the bag, it was the most sorry dissaponted Italian sandwich I have ever seen, the bread was torn in half instead of cut in half, cold, not toasted no condiments tomatoes or bell peppers or oils as shown, and said in the menus.apparently someone was in a rush to close or leave, but thats very poor customer service, I had to remake my sandwich at home, which defeats the purpose of paying for a ready made sandwich, if it had a zero star, it would of been for this service.

Mistakes were made. My rapid pick up order wasnt ready on time and when i finally got it home, they had messed up a few parts of it. Specifically one of the sandwiches was missing. I called to speak to the manager about a refund for one of my sandwiches and (he was so nice about it) he refunded the entire order. I wasnt expecting that and it means a lot. Besides that hiccup this place has earned the 5 stars, usually when i order rapid pickup from here i get everything perfect. This location is fantastic so if they ever get your order wrong, discuss it with them. The manager and the staff are very nice reasonable people. Thanks, Panera!

I made a rapid pick up order which I never have a problem with and everything was fine except my brownie which is hard as a rock I couldnt even put my fork through it. I called the store and Kelly wasnt very helpful all she had to say was they usually arent that bad but she cant help it because theyre out on the counter all day which in my opinion should be some kind of health hazard, I dont even think theyre covered by a glass dome. So she offered me a voucher for a dollar its not about the money I couldnt care less about the dollar I just wanted the brownie or at least a new brownie.

Dining area dirty. Took 5 minutes to find a clean enough table to sit down. Were out of the first 2 things I ordered. Third item had to be made differently because they were out of the bread. All three of my orders came out incorrectly. Out of clean silerware. Trash and food every where in all dining areas. Bathrooms were a mess. All 3 managers looked tired and miserable. Employees were nice, but more concerned talking with their friends than helping customers. It is 5pm on a Wednesday. Come on Panera, get it together!

I ordered a half salad and soup today using Rapid Pick-Up, since I wanted to get back to work quickly. The soup seemed small, but what was worse was the half salad seemed more like 1/4 salad. I enjoy their food every time I eat in, but I will not be short-changed again with Rapid Pick-Up. Ill eat somewhere else.

Love this place. I have been to like three in the Tampa/Branden area and this location is my favorite. They always get my order right and are very nice to my kids. I can feed my three years old and take her to the playground in the Mall and let her burn off some energy.

They had none of the four items I was willing to take. After five minutes getting the run around, I was told that the menu "changed yesterday". On top of that my Steak Sandwich was so cold and unappetizing that I could barely chew it. No return visit for us.

I had an issue where they messed up the order after they forgot to make it. Not good when you have a tight schedule. The manager rectified it after all and all was better on second visit. The food was good both visits.
