Welp Ive been here about 6 times and Jay and silent Bob cant seem to get my orders right. I guess after the employee blaze a fatty in the walk-in they cut the slushies flavor in half. Im pretty sure I order a cherry and two blueberry slushies but what I got was 3 blue berry and mine was the f@#k it candy one with nerds,pop rocks and jolly ranchers. And it was blue berry and not cherry. I wanted a freaking cherry one. Than after I was like hey this is wrong. Dude runs off like have a good night. I saw the fear in hes eyes as he ran away not wanting to redue me a cherry slushies Im done going until the have the revap of fresh management or corp gets this location cleaned up.

Im so tired of ordering a master blast only to, after driving home, find I was given vanilla ice cream with nothing in it! Oh, sure, they put the proper toppings on the whip cream but NOTHING in the actual ice cream. The last two times this has happened has been in a row but months apart! This place needs to stop stealing money from their consumers by not giving them what they ordered! If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream you can bet I wouldnt be paying master blast prices for it. Im done with this Sonic. Im just gonna go to the Dairy Queen right down the street when I want ice cream.

They are way too inconsistent with their ordering. I order the same thing every time I go there and each time they mess it up. Instead of a blast theyll give me a milkshake, or charge me extra for something that Ive never ordered, or it not even have the main candy thats supposed to be in there. And then you try to tell the people whats wrong with the order and then they act like we messed it up. I got to another sonic no problem! This one hires anyone and does not train their employees and makes it so much more frustrating for the customers.

Order is never right when it comes to ordering drinks..then tonight I sat for 15min on not a busy night for the girl to give my drink to the person next to me..then comes out with another drink gives it that person who says I didnt order this first drink...she said ahhh well just keep it. Im sure its a screw up...never even said anything to me about sorry I will get your drink..I just drive off anf left never coming back..screw this sonic! Service sux!! DQ Down the road

This is the absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to! They NEVER get your order right...EVER! Every time I have been there I always have to send things back two sometimes even three times. They also always forget to give the sauces you ask for and when they do its normally the wrong one. Marinara sauce for cheddar peppers? No thanks! If you do order food from there make sure to check your bag and all your food before you leave because its sure to be wrong!

Usually I love sonic, so Ive been trying to give them a chance to do better. For 6 months the food has been consistently incorrect, soggy, and the service just garbage. How the hell are my "fresh" burgers soggy? Like so soggy I thought they were used as fishing bait. The management should really just fire the entire staff and start over. The special needs employees down the road at publix are more competent workers than these clowns.

Prices r to high. We only eat here very rarely. Also....Sonic did NOT invent the concrete. This was invented by Mr Ted Drew! In St. Louis mo. Just look up Ted Drews (thats the name of the original place where the concrete started!!!) in St. Louis Mo. THEY HAVE THE BEST over Sonic. And they have like 100 flavors. Sonic better NEVER take any credit for the concrete.

Sonic is as close to an American icon as you can get. This Sonic is always busy, but kept clean, neat, and tidy. The personnel is friendly and helpful. My only complaint us, while the food is good, the price doesnt necessarily match the quality of product. They could come down on their pricing to be more competitive.

So not happy about my visit here. We gave up on trying to get our order right. Then I heard the woman in the car two parking spaces away struggling with getting her order right. She said "I want a large Coke." And I heard "A large Dr. Pepper?" How do you even confuse those two drinks.

Long wait. Apparently our food was sitting on the counter inside forgotten. We had to call in again. Brought our food right way but my hotdog and tater tots were cold. Had to send them back. Normally food and service are excellent but not tonight.

Worst sonic ever. Every time I come here and order, they somehow do the exact opposite of what I ask. I work at fast food and hate to complain but this is the worst sonic I have ever been to. People are nice but the food and drinks are never CORRECT.

The food can sometimes be luke warm and just not up to par but the service and length of time from order upon receiving your food is pretty short. The staff seem friendly enough upon interactions and I usually tip the food runners 1-2 bucks as well.
