I have been to this restaurant before but was called a different name a few months ago and always enjoyed food and service. I dined out today and the food was great but the service was horrible. The guy cooking hiabachi cooked the meal and went on his way. After the last vegetable was put on plate the waitress handed the bill and boxes. All of this took about 25mins. I go and ask the front desk if maybe I could get some drinks to finish meal or are we expected to leave and the lady just put her hand in my face and said "no finish".. being perturbed at this I just wanted to go. While leaving asked for Manger and turns out it was the one who put her hand in my face. Explaining to her the service she just gave was rude to the point of uncomfortable. Asked her for comment card and she looked quite confused... she asked the white guy next to her as if he could clarify. She completely ignored me and acted like she did not understand English. Because of her behavoir i asked to speak with the manager and the guy said "shes the manager"... I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy dinning out. But if your intrested in paying over $30 a plate for fast food, giving a tip for 25 min of service based off bill...and getting a hand in your face for asking a glass to be refilled then you found your place...

Tonight was way off! 6 guests and not 1 person received their food at the same time. Some were done eating when others were served! Soup ice cold... rice sent back to re heat and then 1 never returned. We have consistently been guests of this restaurant.... after tonight ???? They were NOT busy and still way off! Like, was nobody in the kitchen? Waitress had to handle bar too! Too many restaurants in the area now to pick from. They need to get it together!

There was no wait. Service was great. The hibachi chef was entertaining. The alcohol based drinks were exceptional. The food was on average as good as most other hibachi restaurants. The only thing I would like to see is a little more meat with the meals. Lots of rice and other things on the plate but not much meat. Now the sushi was exceptional!! It really was my favorite part of the meal!!!

Food was good experience was good. The kids always love it. Had a weird guy at the table who was pissed because the chief used the same spatula cooking chicken and steak. Then he complained that his steak was over cooked. My steak was great.

What did they do to the ginger!? It honestly tasted like wet cat. I was looking forward to eating here with all the good reviews i saw. From a chefs advice please check your quality of the food you send out.

After the ownership changed the food didnt get better, but it seemed the prices went up. For the quality of food, this place is overpriced. Too bad because the area needs good affordable places to eat.

This is my husbands favorite place to dine. We come here once a week. Its a bit pricy yes but you can find local coupon. Local Flavor has $15 for $30 you may purchase, now and than.
