The curbside is an epic failure. Ive called in orders and still have to wait 30-45 minutes in the parking lot. I placed an online curbside order at 11:15 am then drove to the restaurant to pick up. Arrived at 11:45 am in the "Ruby Tuesday Go" parking space and called inside at 12:15pm to see if my order was ready. Two people asked me if I was "positive" that I placed an online order and I replied that I wouldnt be sitting here if I hadnt. I asked to speak to a manager and Ingrid came outside. She said that I should have gotten an email confirmation for the online order. I told her that I knew nothing about that so lets not dwell on that. My question was if I had been sitting here for 30 minutes, why did no one even come out to offer a menu or ask if I had or even wanted to place an order. He response was that they saw the car sitting there but since they didnt have any phone orders that they thought I was just sitting there. She said no one comes out unless an order was phoned in. I said thats incorrect because I have pulled in before and a waitresses will come out to ask if I wanted to place an order. All she did was make excuses about some of the other waitresses not being as good as others and point out that I curbside is for phone orders. DONT GO HERE FOR CURBSIDE EVER!!!!!

Well young assistant managers use profane language that can be over heard. When they close my vehicle had a dead battery so was waiting for assistance. After hours employees littering and lottering in parking lots saying derogatory and profane remarks about the days customers theyve had appears to be unthankful to have a job etc if u dont like it why not leave I was wondering? Including manager staff bitching about their manager, etc. I think that when off they need to take the conversations else where and the manager Steven unprofessional and immature and also biyching about days customers. Im a loyal customer but after Ive seen and heard this my three to four times a week patronage along with my friends who meet me there will go somewhere else. Very sad that I feel like I possibly get made fun of after I leave. Im a great tipper and a good customer. But oh well their loss

Been several times and more often then not the service was not up to par. Our latest visit my wifes plate had a hair on it. We pointed it out to the waitress she took it the came back asking if a man or a woman brought the food and that the hair was a womans hair and that it was only men that handled the food the hair was less than a1/4 inch I have no idea how the waitress could determine it came from a woman. My wife felt accused and lost her appetite. I asked for a box for my uneaten steak and the bill. When we got the bill the waitress charged us for an entree salad bar for my wife. I did speak to the managed and he took it off the bill but by that time I was pretty upset. We will not return to this location.

Poor service...20 min to get drinks. I got the colossal burger which came 10 min after everyone elses food and 2 people had the full rack of ribs, but would of been happier with a big mac. I also got the cheddar grits...even bigger mistake! They were cold, almost solid and rubbery. Wifes ribs were dry but delicious smoky flavor and salad bar was pretty good too. Waitress was nice but slow to come by our table to check on us and refill drinks. On the up side...the shrimp fondue and chips was the best thing we had. I dont plan to venture here again.

Ive never had a problem with this location until this year. My family and I went in April and it took 30 minutes after we were seated before we got served. However, the manager was very nice to pay for our deserts-thats the responsible customer service I love to see :) Sometime this summer, my family and I went here again for lunch only to wait so long for our waitress to come back in between breaks. The manager only came by once to check on us and we hadnt even gotten our food yet. Im not sure whether Ill be returning to this location or not :/

I mainly get the grilled chicken. Last time I was there I had too send. Mine back bc it was over cooked. When I got my new chicken it was cooked exactly the same. At this point im wondering why I even wld even pay 12$ for a grilled chicken breast when I Vann buy a whole chicken for a fraction of three price at the groovy store. Love the salad bar. Thats mainly what I go for. I wish the salad bar were cheaper if you just wanted to est that and not get an entree. Its aboyt 8.99 . Service is always great

Wow, extraordinary service! The wife and I love Brussel sprouts. The menu was introducing Brussel sprouts grilled and baked. Very fresh not frozen. Baked potatoes were perfect not mush and no foil. Salad bar very clean and fresh. Compliments to the managers who spoke with us. Finally, our server, Wendy, above and beyond. So when you visit, ask for Wendy. Weather was ideal for outside dining. What a gratifying experience. Ruby Tuesdays, Riverview FL, excellant!!!

Went in for food with my family, at first was great was sat right away but then that was the last bit of service we got. We never got drinks let alone a server come to our table. As someone who is a server herself, i gave it a minute just incase our server was running food or something but after 10 mins thats just ridiculous. Worst part is it wasnt even busy plus atleast 3 other staff members looked at us and did nothing. Last visit from us.

We have been faithful patrons if Ruby Tuesday for years. The new "upgraded" salad bar is nothing to write home about. However, since it is no longer included as a side and is an additional charge, we have not been back. We would prefer the original salad bar and to be able to have a healthy salad as a side item. Food is OK, service us usually good but the salad bar is what made this a good place for us above other similar restaurants.

Our family loves this place. We really think of it as the main place to go out to for a dinner out. It is really the best R.T. weve ever been too. Honestly before giving this place chance - we didnt care for R.T. Mainly because the one at the Brandon Mall stinks so bad. Here the staff is great and the food is always good. The desert menu sucks - but that is not their fault. I highly recommend a pitcher of the berry sangria. Its great!

Their services is horrible. I love Ruby Tuesday but when you place a to go online order is always a problem they never greet you in time I usually have to sit here for over 30 mins before someone decides to come out and takes care of the customer.... Today is my last time going to this restaurant.. I dont understand the point of to go online order when you still have to wait over 30 for someone to bring your food out....
