You get the same portion of beans, rice, chicken, vegetables on all tropical chop, there is no difference between the small and the large tropic chop. The only difference is the price and the size of the container. Pollo tropical is so concern with prices that the portion have been reduced to barely nothing. Chicken kitchen size are more expensive but their sizes are allot bigger, all fast food palaces have difference sizes. Please add a truly honest large tropic chop to the menu!! Thank you.

Went through drive thru did not give plastic ware to eat our food. Did not give us a drink we ordered and all the manager could say was he was sorry. SORRY IS RIGHT!!!! If you dont have to eat at this one dont very poor service. I could not even eat because we had other places to go. THIS PLACE SUCKS IN SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I can truly say I love this place. Fast food but a healthy option. Chicken along with everything I have ever had is great. The one thing that I wish I didnt have to deal with was the wait time. Be it inside or the drive thru this place is Always packed. Cant blame anyone but just know not to go if your in a hurry.

Good food, Caribbean atmosphere at a reasonable price. Getting the order right is the downside. Ordered 2 soup cups got one. Side order of plantains as well didnt get ..they did not bill for some of these items but it was disappointing after we got home with not enough food. Otherwise friendly service.

Tasty Tropical Chicken, but this time I tried the steak and it was quite tasty. the steak portion is overpriced but if you want steak, well go for it and know that you will need those two additional sides to make it a meal.

Best place to eat, cheap and fast. Less than $5 only and you can get you a nice plate of food of 1/4 chicken rice and beans, cant beat that nowhere else. Got to say I love you pollo tropical lol keep up with the good work.

This Pollo Tropical probably serves some of the better chicken compared to other Pollos, but the drive thru experience was not the best. Staff cut my order short and forget Cesar dressing for my Cesar Salad.

Not going anywhere near there again.All the Food was dry and the people that go there are rude. This is the worst pollo tropical Ive ever been to. I hope the health inspector swings by and shuts them down
