Alright. Lets start with my phone call to pizza hut. I had to repeat my number 5 times. Not a big deal. The person on the other side didnt understand what i wanted and tried to give me something else. Arriving to pizza hut. I walked in and noticed all the employees sitting at a table laughing and cutting up. Are they really that dead? Wow. So when i got my order the woman who i know had a hard time finding it. Turns out someone sat it aside uncovered not in a box and not in the warmer. Half my food was cold and upon further inspection my food as barely any sauce and what sauce it does have has been watered down. Does not taste good so thats money wasted. This isnt the first time it has happened but its the last time cause i refuse to return to this place.

Ordered first time here for to go , first off had ordered online, well pizza took over an hr to get here then when it did, the order was all screwed up and what we did get was dry and nasty, so we called and spoke to manager who said next time we come in , we will get a 30 $ credit , so we decided to try again later on. Well we called in this time and gave them out order and paid the difference. Well after 45 min we called and was told the driver was out, so then after 30 more min passed we called again and was told they forgot our food in the warmer , so we get our food 2 hrs later, will never order here again!~

The foods always good, but they get get swamped pretty often. Thats not necessarily a problem, but they tend to do a really bad job at estimating when your stuff will be ready when it happens. I dont mind if its a bit slow when theyre busy, but I wish they could give me a more accurate time on when itll be ready so I dont end up waiting half an hour after arriving for it to be done. So just avoid Saturday nights basically and youre good to go. I will say the staff is always extremely courteous and apologetic when it happens.

The last time I ordered there it was horrible. The order wasnt anywhere near right. The food wasnt pizza hut quality. The prices were reasonable though. Keep in mind this facility is at the same exit that little Caesars is, Poppa Johns, and dominos all within throwing distance of one another. And we always chose pizza hut. No more!!!!!! At least the one in Abingdon.

They Never get an order correct and are unsure about delivery location. They Dont seem to know what they are doing. They Took my order and payment information then said couldnt deliver, although they have several times before. Dont deserve the one star. Weve had several bad experiences with them. They Cant get it together.

This place sucks. I just ordered food and after an hour of waiting I called and they proceeded to tell me that they sent my food to the wrong location and that those people kept my food that I paid for with a credit card. Unbelievable, I know, but thats what they said. They say they will refund my money. How stupid.

We live in ny and took a trip to ga on are way back we stopped at super 8 and pizza well I thought it was good well my boyfriends kid has been throwing up since last night and you can see its was the pizza that made her sick my oldest she kept telling me the pizza hurt her belly in waiting on my youngest to sick to

Waitress was high as a kite Brought the wrong drinks Dropped our appetizer on the table made a mess/left to bring back more sauce never returned Mens bathroom is worse than a outhouse!!!! I would really recommend going to the service station across the street And get a gas station sandwhich instead

Bad service and not what you expect from Pizza Hut pizza. Our pizza sat on the counter for 10 minutes while 1 server checked people out and took more stacked cups and dishes. Then the crust was like dough-- not fully baked. The restaurant only had one other patron at this time.

This restaurant is a joke. I placed internet order and still had to wait when I arrived for pickup. Was not offered any type of concession for their mistakes. Will be my last visit to this restaurant. Might as well close the doors.

Service here is horrible! Our family came in and was told to just find a table. So we did. Walked up to get a menu and the lady got rude and says " I said Ill be with you in a minute"! Needless to say we all got up and left.

Pan pizza not recommended. Watch their specials, not always offering "national" promos. We asked about a special PIZZA HUT sent me by email. Waitress said it was only good on Mondays.
