I ordered in Jan and had the worst experience for a carry out order that took them over an hour n half when they told me 30 min..when I complained the young female manager on duty was very rude and poor.lack of customer service. At that time the rudely told me I would have a credit the next time and I asked how would I know and she just stated you would...really!?!? So today I decided to give them another shot and spoke to a female manager, Angela, who stated there was no credit on the account buy went ahead and honored it which was great..I preceded to tell her it was for delivery and she stated it was a 90 min delivery time and I told her I needed the driver to provide changed for a tip at which this wad placed at 4pm...after 2 1/2 hours later I called back only to find out she put it as pick up...really again!?!? She said they would make it again but it would still take another 90 min as they are busy so your telling me that because of their screw up I know have waited 4hours for a damn pizza...not worth it...their customer service for their guests has gone downhill and will never order from pizza hut again...Papa Johns has won me over ans they have never done me wrong!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LET DOWN AND COLD PIZZA!!

By far the worst pizza place in town. I LOVE pizza hut pizza but the service is terrible. Once our pizza was never delivered! We waited hours and called them twice and each time they said it was on the way. It never showed up. We didnt eat there for a year after that. Then I decided to try it again and I ordered online and once my order was complete it told me it wouldnt be here for over 3 hours! I called and asked if I could come pick it up and they told me 1 hour. I showed up and waited 30 more minutes. A girl came out and read me my order and I walked out the door. Got home and none of my items are correct. Went back to pizza hut and returned the wrong food and waited another 30 minutes for my order. My order came out again and no pretzel crust on my pizza like I ordered. I might have well have waited the 3 hours for my delivery because thats about how long it took them to get my order right. I am so disappointed with this place. I saw a few people say that their pizza wasnt done when they got it and that has happened to me twice. I had to put it in the oven to cook the dough.

If I could give this location less stars I would. We placed our order online and it gave us a wait time of an hour and a half (which they dont bother to tell you your time until after paying). After two and a half hours of waiting my husband calls to ask when we will be receiving our order of one pizza and bread sticks and informed them of the amount of time we had already been waiting. Their response was "well our wait times are 3 hours right now". 3 hours! We are not usually people who complain but this whole situation has been ridiculous. I feel as if corrections need to made to the website to inform people of the wait time BEFORE confirming and charging the order AND if they can not accurately deliver at said time I feel it is only courteous to alert customers of the delay in time. It seems as if customer service and delivery time problems are a common occurrence here. We will not be ordering from here again.

Decided to order ONE large pizza through their online ordering system and I wish I had read the review about how long the orders take first. I submitted my order and ONLY then does it tell you your wait time. 3.5 hours!!!! Another one of the reviews said their order said 1 hour or 1.5 hours. I waited 30 minutes and then went to read these reviews and when I saw that it actually takes 3 hours for your order. I called pizza hut about 8 times because every time I called the busy dial tone came on. After like 8 tries, I was on hold for about 10 minutes before I could speak to someone. When they finally answered, I asked to cancel my order because I did not want my dinner at 10pm or later. Luckily, they were nice about it and just went ahead and canceled my order. Just disappointing. They really need to do something about their waiting times. 1 hour for delivery, okay. But 3 hours?!? Not worth it.

So lets see, I placed an order online and was early picking it up, 15min to be exact. There was am employee at the window getting drinks from the soda fountain who clearly saw us pull up to the drive through window, but wanted nothing to do with helping us. So we waited, and waited, and FINALLY, 2 employee s approach the window with no tact and asked us what we wanted. How about, "how can I help you?" Nope. We were told that our order hadnt gone in yet but theyd get to it after figuring out which order was ours and counting off military time. We came back 15min later and while our pizza was ready, I had asked for extra marinara at the window and didnt get it. This Pizza Hut really needs to work on boosting the morale and initiative of their staff. The laziness and lack of consideration is clear. So disappointed.I will not be ordering here again.

Over the past couple years Ive ordered multiple times from this pizza hut. I have to say I dont even know how this place stays in business. Every single time I have ordered there is an issue and Im not exaggerating. To forgetting sauces, to forgetting breadsticks, forgetting cinnasticks etc.... just now had a delivery of 1 large cheese pizza and breadsticks. If I didnt know any better I would say they literally threw this pizza in the car and drove 150 mph to my house then dropped the pizza on the way to my front door. This pizza is the worst pizza Ive ever seen. I wish I could post pictures. If someone would tell me how I would be glad to show everyone. Save yourself the headache and make a frozen pizza because this is a waste of money.

Called to order delivery, supposedly the manager took my order and couldnt repeat anything back to me. We asked for extra meat on a bbq pizza and the second one a simple 1/2 pepperoni, mushroom & 1/2 pepperoni, black olive. We received the worst looking bbq pizza I have ever seen. The half & half pizza ended up being double pepperoni, which was very greesy and had no sauce. I called them and the same person answered the phone whom told me he was the manager but would not say his name. He said " I wont loose any money over your complaint. " I will be comtacting the owner of this place. I wasted $42. However, the delivery deliver was professional & very courteous. Im sure he must hate his co-workers, poor guy.

Telephoned to place an order. Girl who answered spoke so fast I had to make her repeat herself and even then I could barely understand her. She was obviously pissed I made her repeat herself and got very rude to the point I just decided to cancel the order. I then called back and asked to speak with a manager, and was hung up on. I then called corporate and relayed my experience. Ill never order from this store again. I would caution anyone thinking of ordering from this location to beware. I cant believe they allow their employees to treat customers in this manner.
