Went here last night for dinner. As I approached the counter to order no one was there to take it. We waited for 5 minutes before someone came and said I can make your order but I cant ring it up. So we told him what we wanted. He had to come back several times and ask us what we wanted on our sandwiches however. After another 5 minutes the manager, Syryna, walked towards the counter and was on the phone with someone exclaiming, "I cant wait to transfer out of this store, this place sucks!" Very unprofessional. We go sit down and my friend goes to get our food and comes back and tells me when he asked for buffalo sauce she told him he HAD to order it with the food because they charged for sauce. Ive never heard of any establishment charging for a sauce packet before. Then after we were finishing our dinner Syryna yells at us that we had 10 minutes to get out too. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning here. Someone needs to fire Syryna as well because shes not going to get very far at another establishment with a rude attitude like that.

Wth this stupid Burger King cant get any order right. Yesterday and today. Yesterday , no mayonnaise. Today substitute for onion rings. Then you tell them about it and they wait about 7 minutes so they give you the correct sandwich with no freaking mayonnaise (yesterday). Today I just walked out in front of them, customers and I was in uniform. On top of that it was the manager who gave me the order wrong today. Pathetic and they want more money for their great poorly job performance. Then the food looks like crap, I worked in fast food before but damn have some pride in your job. Go Kick rocks lunch team.

This location has the slowest "fast food" service in the history of mankind. It is utterly ridiculous how long I have to wait for the simplest of orders when Im the only car in the drive thru and there is two cars in the parking lot. I literally stopped going here for a period of time and thought Id see if thingshad changed after almost a year, only to find the still had the same lousy service (in terms of wait time). If you are in a hurry or dont want to spend an absurd amount of time waiting for simple orders DO NOT GO HERE.

The one day I eat lunch with my wife and it was horrible. They got the orders wrong and when we finally started to eat there was a hair in our food. If my wife would have taken one more bite she would have thrown up on both if us right there. The one white kid that was there was cool he helped correct this but the hair in the food was unacceptable. No I dont want more food from there ever.

Never again. Both of us got sick as hell eating at this one. We both are people that can eat dang near anything anywhere. OMG I have not been that sick in a long time. If you HAVE to have BK drive over to MLK & 80Th st. N. Or go up on Roosevelt and 34th. Ps. The lady in the drive-thru was awesome. She needs to take her fun customer service skills to a better company.

This is officially the worse fast food restaurant Ive ever been too... I have even given it time (6mths-1yr) before giving them another shot and still same old slow service, rude employees, order is never right... always blaming it on computer issues... they wait obsered amounts of time to even take your order! Someone needs to fire them all and start over!

I cant speak for the morning & noon staff but to be fair in the evening when I go, its short staffed, they usually have only one person making the food, so if you go in the store, the drive thru (obviously) usually gets their food made first. The manager is so nice & apologetic for any mistakes. The food is good an the store is clean in my experience

The burgers were cold. The cheese wasnt even melted much less warm. The iced coffee tasted as if the pot was sitting on the burner all day, (burnt and thick). The fries were cold and soggy and had no salt! 4th time Ive been there. Each time I thought it was the time of day and inexperienced crew members. Wont go again!!

I hadnt had a breakfast sandwich in a long time from BK (like years) - so when we moved work locations i swung by and got one, I cant tell if it was not good because they just arent anymore or its this location but it was very dry. I got lunch one day too and almost the same thing so, not sure.

Always a disappointing experience . As usual one person preparing food so theres a wait the others three staff panicking over the clock on the drive thru then they always omit things from your order,like your drink, this location is seriously lacking in leadership

Only few customers around on Saturday December 31 but what a polite customer service. The nice lady behind the counter made sure I had enough cream and sugar for my L coffee. Clean and nicely decorated for the holidays.

The employees here could literally not care less about their jobs or your orders. Everything we ordered was wrong , the wait time was 15 minutes and the employee at the window was extremely rude .

Can you say SLOW? I spend 20 minutes in the drive thru and when I mentioned her service was slow she said Im alone. I did see however that she was not alone. She was just too busy chit chatting.

Terrible quality and terrible attitudes from most employees. This is the kind of garbage food they are putting out at this location. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
