Good burgers....poor service and wait time. Ive been here three times now, all of different times of the day. If you phone order, online order, or order to go, they are on top of it.....so much that those waiting to "eat in" wait over 30 minutes from check out time to food ready to eat. The priorities are very poorly placed. As I sit here typing this there are 7 families waiting for food, but if you go to the line and order "to go"....your served first....Im currently watching it. With that, the "to go" orders, not online or phone in, also tend to overly wait. This has been the consistent over three times now. But be assured, they always apologize for the wait.

When they first built this BurgerFi, I have to admit I was a little skeptical. As a pescatarian, burger joints arent that appealing to me. However, one day my carnivorous boyfriend and I were looking for a bite to eat and he really wanted to try BurgerFi. I reluctantly tagged along, deciding I would have to eat a burger and just deal with it. I was stoked to see BurgerFi has veggie burgers!! Im hooked on the green-style VegeFi (and the milkshakes too). I crave BurgerFi now. It is more expensive but its worth it for me to support a company that is eco-friendly and humane. Besides, theres no price too high for a VegeFi burger when Im craving it!

I dont necessarily have anything bad to say. It was good but nothing really popped out to me. The burgerfi sauce is something similar to mac sauce but doesnt have a real strong flavor you can barley taste it unless you get a good amount in one bite. Fries were also nothing to rave about, They handed out samples of their custard, Which Id have to say was the best part of the experience, It was Very good. If I went back for anything it would probably be the custard! For the money I would suggest you drive about another 10 minutes and go to 5Guys, Much better food for the money.

Im not sure why anyone would complain about the prices here. The quality of the food and service is worth every penny and there are many other boutique burger places who charge more and dont even compare to this place. The first time I visited, I placed a mobile order. I came in before my order was scheduled to be ready and they offered me a free iced tea while I waited. The food was so good, I came back again 2 days later. The mobile ordering is too easy and food is too good. The staff is also really nice. I have a feeling Ill be spending a lot of time here.

I went there for the first time today. I had quite an experience, one of the burgers tried attacking me, lucky I was carrying my machete and was able to chop it down before it got out of hand. Soon I told the staff to build it into the burger I wanted, which with all of that hard work paid off for a good burger. The force is strong with this place. Definitely worth stopping by if youre on vacation or just looking for something to do when youre hungry! It reminds me of a slightly better five guys, and slightly more expensive, but you pay for the better quality.

Unbelievably overpriced for such underwhelming food. Onion rings were half cooked/borderline raw, and the burger was a greasy mash similar to something you would see come out of the kitchen at your typical drive through...nothing premium about this place, other than the exorbitant prices that is. Dinner (burger, fries and a coke) for one, no alchohol runs $20. Save half the money and just go to Chilis or Steak and Shake in the same shopping plaza...much better overall experience with a staff that at least pretends to care about YOU, the GUEST.

Absolutely disappointing and disgusting. Ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo. Burger was tiny, and thin, then slopped, I mean drenched in mayonnaise and ketchup. A tiny sliver of a tomato, paper thin, and 3 leaves of lettuce on one side. For nearly 10 bucks for that?? Never again. Save your money, go to steak n shake, or anywhere really. You can brand a bun, but it doesnt mean its good. Im so dissapointed, first and last time at burger fi. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Burgers are good. Overall about the same price as five guys. Maybe a bit more expensive. I have been to this location many times and today it was dirty. Pretty much every table needed to be wiped off, floor filthy, trash bins full amd no lids for drinks. Only 8 people here so they are not busy. Has never been this way before. Its all about the management and what they expect from their employees. Obviously today. They didnt expect much and that is what they got...

Well lets start off with the greeting and gentlemen at the register was nice and helpful. But after that what a horrible experience. Sofia brings food to the table and slams it down. Doesnt even say a word grabs the device to which is suppose to notify that food is ready. The burgers were severly under cooked and when mentioned they made another burger to which was still under cooked. Asked once. Not twice. I mean for $60. the food quality should be perfect.

Wow what can i say. Disappointed. I was really excited to try it but almost 40 bucks for lunch for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks! The burgers are kinda small for what you pay for. Five guys are much better and you dont have to wait in line that long to get your food. Im sure in time the line will be shorter once people are broke. Dont think I will be back. Also tried that expensive brisket burger thinking wow expensive and must be good...nothing special.

Food was good, but it is pricey. While they have custom burgers, beer, desserts, etc. for a fast food style joint you are paying a solid sit down full service price. Ambiance is awesome and big screens are around the place to catch the game, match, etc. But it was dead for a Saturday night and we werent surprised. Glad we went, but probably wont be back again. Too many tasty places in the area for the same price and full service.

A tasty burger Ill admit... but a bit pricey if you ask me! Two single burgers with cheese, one reg fry and a small drink - $17.42, really. Small drink $2.77, are you serious? Not that special!!! Ate on the patio... nice enough - no waste containers anywhere in sight. Mens restroom - only one toilet, no urinals, no paper towels or a hand blower. Pretty substandard. Your overall score is a C-. Decent burger...nice concept...not new, but nice. TRUMPs McDonalds and the like. Pricing table fair. The "real" profit lies in the FREESTYLE drink machine. They should use a different cooking oil for their fries and onion rings to include "peanut allergy" folks, as well. All in all, nice atmosphere and decent tasting food. Perhaps a "healthier" choice for a healthier appetite. We will be back, for sure...:)

My husband had the BBQ burger and said it was great. I had the bacon cheeseburger and I was extremely dissatisfied, it didnt taste good at all. Service was great and quick, but it was over priced and dirty. The floor was so sticky I thought my shoe was going to come off. I couldnt find a high chair so I had to hold my squirming 1y/o while trying to eat.
