Paid for cheese on my sandwich which was printed on the receipt. Opened my sandwich, no cheese. Took the sandwich back to cashier. The cashier told the prep person in the back and she began to remove the lettuce and place cheese on the old sandwich.....no maam. I would like a fresh sandwich please. The prep person had an attitude and the cashier thought the situation was funny. I told her please dont do that because I could ask for all my money back . I will not return to this Burger King.

Very clean place. Looks awesome. The staff need more training with customer skills. The store manager should review rules and regulations with their employees. Tonight I observed the staff having a loud conversation when a customer (myself) had to way until they finished their personal conversation. This BK is located on front of the Hollywood airport and Broward community college. The beauty of the place doesnt match with the staff manners.

I have been coming to this burger king for more then 10 years. Not sure what kind of employees they hired after the remodel but that service is horrible. I ordered a side salad there were no tomatoes no veggies nothing just lettuce, twice already on my chicken sandwich Ive asked for cheese and they never add it yet I get charged. Best advice always check your food before you drive off they always mess up the orders.

I dont like anything about this place.... The fries are disgusting!!! Everytime I go there the mess up my order and the fries are either old or the oil is...!!! But then again they wanna make the timing and have you park on the side for a better rate but their food is still nasty!!! Its seriously needs an upgrade!!! Wouldnt be surprised if someone gets sick!

Please pass up this location #68 is not even on the review site to make any comments. This place has gone down the drain and the quality of service and food has already made this location that I will never visit again. The whole order was cold, stale and very disgusting. I can thank them for my salad that i purchased from Publix after wasting my money.

This is a nice place to eat in the morning. The staff are very friendly. This morning they forget to turn on the TV, however the radio was on. We eat here about 4 time weekly in the morning.

I went in two days in a row and my burgers were still pink on the inside. The first day I threw them away, but the second I took back. They remade the burgers without any problems.
