Today 8/13/2012 @ 7:30pm I went with my friends and family to eat and the girl started to take my order and suddenly she turn to the drive thru window with out saying nothing and inputing the drive thrus order and she took care of 3 cars in front of us and when we ask her why she was taking care of others first and she reply they have timers for the car and there was 3 managers joking and laughing in the back office. They suck and do not deserve any stars

These idiots never get the order right. They dont let you order with substitutions. They make their own damn rules and they are rude as hell. If I want a small vanilla shake, tell me, please, why the hell they handed me a damn strawberry shake. ITS 2 DIFFERENT COLORS!!!! AND THE WORDS VANILLA AND STRAWBERRY DONT EVEN SOUND THE SAME. They cheat on price. Had a coupon for Spicy Chicken combo for $1.99 plus 6% tax = $2.11. They tried to charge me $2.31 and argued with me when I told them the price was wrong. Even the manager insisted the price was right. Drink has no taste, all water

The service is not good charged us for something and we didnt get it because it wasnt on the receipt. Service is poor and slow I was very disappointed. Good thing chase bank returned the difference. LOVE CHASE!! :-) Not this place though ;(

I go here because its across the street from my job. Within the last 2 weeks, they messed up my order 3 times not including today in which they messed up my order again. If they messed up 1 more time, I will not be ordering there again.

I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and even come to the walk up window. Then the little girl just open the window an stood there looking at me did not say a word. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY THERE!!!!
