Been here couple of times and will never coming back to this location.There are better checkers down the street.This is the worst checkers restaurant in Pembroke Pines,Florida.I live close to this location but its the worst franchise owned.They hire employees with no education.Worst ice cream or shakes to get from.Both occasions were melted and watered down and had a very salty taste.I had to throw it away.Very poor quality if Food and Service.I will never come back this location.The server named was Mariah And had the worst attitude with no class.Worst service in the world-

This place is HORRIBLE! Customer service is as bad as their attitudes. We ordered a steakzilla with loaded fries and a sprite pull up to the window and they give us a coke, baconzilla, and regular fry. When we went to the window because our order was wrong she said "oh I never rang you up for that" so what do you do make up orders as you go? No smile, no how are you, just a piss poor attitude!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PAST 2AM . Theyre too damn lazy to make anything fresh so theyll just give you stale and rock hard leftovers. My buddy got a 2 dollar bites box and his bites where rocks. We started throwing them at stuff for fun and we left dents on the support beams. Im lucky I have all my teeth

Rude as hell from out of town trying to figure out what I want. There is no one in line remind you this is 3am and he is worried about his serve time. Bullshit ass service can I order what I want? Guess not and now I have to wait and no receipt with the order. Poor customer service!!!!!!
