First of all I ordered a Medium Milkshake, Small Icee, and 4 piece Chicken Tenders. And everything was perfect except that i waited about ten minutes just for the Chicken Tenders.They gave me a generous Small fries for the wait. So then on the Shake I scratched it off and got a FREE WHOPPER and you know what?! They took about fifteen minutes and I never got it after all...When he handed over the Chicken Tenders and the Fries he "put the Whopper in with it" but I know he never did. So I never got my Whopper and it took me a while for my Chicken Tenders. Otherwise they have been a fantastic restaurant overall

I usually drive quite far to use this particular store, however after tonight this will no longer be the case. As usual I walked up to the counter to place my order. I was left standing there for 5 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement of my presence, nevermind anyone taking my order..... The drive thru was not particularly busy and one person was waiting on an order inside. 5 staff behind the counter, 2 or 3 of which noticed me, but continued with their business. I ended up walking out empty handed and purchased food for my family at a competitor.

This is by far my favorite restaurant to go to. Mainly during the day. The small girl who works the drive thru, I think her name is Stephanie is by far the nicest person. Her voice is pleasing to hear through the drive thru and she is so sweet. They are always really fast and really take care of their customers. If you become a regular they are very nice and even give you something every so often. Ive been coming here for years and I still love this place. Recommend it!!!

Place always seems to be slammed with customers (especially during the day), most likely due to location being neighbors with 2 schools. Service was decent and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Best part was playground, huge and relatively clean (considering all the children) with excellent air conditioning to keep it comfortable. Playground very large with different "segments" that keep kids busy, with areas for younger & older kids.

ok, i guess. they say you get what you pay for. the folks working there have no clue what customer service is. they are more interested in there personal life then taking order and getting it right. too much attituded for me. So just keep on keeping on.

Al the tables were dirty, and the floors were nasty , drink area and ketchup dispenser area was messy and dirty. Only one other customer in the entire restaurant. I bet this place gets shut down soon theres no way they could pass an inspection.

Bad attitude of the manager,,,, we get there at 11:45 am and the place was dirty, they did not allowed the kids to play in the playground because they were cleaning, but they used the same broom for the floor to clean the tables !!!!

I like this location only because of the play place for the kids. Otherwise my rating wouldnt be that good. They mess up our orders pretty much every time. It is not very clean, especially the bathrooms.
