This place is relatively new and not that far from where we live. As you would expect it was very clean, but of course as i said it is new. The bin to put your trash in after eating was full and we only just managed to get ours in before it would spill out. That said maybe it was just a one off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered one chicken sandwich and one burger char-grilled with two lots of fries. We had to wait for the order, presumably to be made. The wait was not over long. However both the chicken and the burger were not hot, warm at best. Neither had any taste of being char-grilled. The fries, although hot were drenched in salt, so much so we found ourselves trying to shake them individually before eating. There are lots of choices in this area to eat burgers and I see no reason why you would choose this place above others. I have eaten char-grilled burgers where you can taste the char-grill effect. We was hoping for more of a Fuddruckers, but dont expect that here. We gave it 3 stars, but perhaps 2.5 would have been more the mark. If you are going to specialize in burgers then your food needs to stand out from the crowd, this did not. The parking is not too good and there are three food joints here, one of which was yet to open. I suspect at a busy time with all three open parking spaces may be at a premium.

Was looking forward to this place opening up because I live and work within walking distance and there hasnt been a good burger place around since Fuddruckers closed down. The staff is very pleasant and helpful but the food just doesnt live up to the name. The charburger didnt have any char or flavor, it was very bland. The same goes for the fried chicken sandwich. The sweet potato fries were soggy when I ordered them on two occasions. Hoping they can pull it together since they are relatively new. Will give them another shot in a few months to see if anything has changed. The only good things were that they have a decent whole wheat bun and the staff was helpful and friendly.

HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION!!! Thought wed try a new burger place...menu looked great staff was courteous. After placing our order and paying, just before leaving the counter to grab a seat we noticed one of the cooks cleaning the ventilated area above the food with a long handled cleaning brush. He was cleaning back and forth over the veggies and burgers on the grill. We watch as dirt fell on the burgers and something I could not identify fell on one of the burgers. Another cook picked it off the burger, threw it behind the grill and seasoned the burger as though nothing happened. We told the manager, asked for a refund and left...disappointing!

Unfortunately I was not 100% happy with my burger, but my Family was very happy with what they ordered and the fries and rings were good. My main issue was with the bacon that I had added to my burger. It was extremely salty and was basically the only thing that I could taste. I will definitely be giving them a 2nd chance and I will update my review if they deserve it. The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept. The line moved quickly and we got our food within 10 minutes of ordering it. All in all a good place for a quick bite to eat.

Pretty awesome place! Super pleasant staff, good food (I had the golden chicken sandwich on sourdough and onion rings) and comfortable seating. If there was a negative, it was the super slippery floor. Ive skated on ice that had more grip. Maybe a little over zealous use of detergent? I commented on this with a coworker who confirmed this happened to him last week. In any case, its very worthwhile checking them out!

The cashier was really friendly and the place looks really nice and clean. I ordered the teriyaki burger and the portabello burger and they were really good, turned out to be one of my favorites in my opinion. I highly recommend cutting both in half and joining the two different halves, it gives a sweet and sour flavor that just melts in your mouth.

DONT BE FOOLED. Ive been here about 5 times, it was good the first time. But then you realize that the burgers are skimpy. They fill up the burger with more toppings than anything else. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, I went there yesterday and the meat was RED inside! This morning I had HORRIBLE diarrhea. Watch out!

Clean and friendly service. Burgers are good, but they used too much mayo and it dripped and started to slide apart. Fries are good and crisp, but they are just regular fries, nothing to remember. Will return, as it is well priced and a good value including fries and drink with burger.

No greeting when we entered. The staff was disorganized and the cashier was rude. If she rolled her eyes anymore they might have fallen out of her head. The burger was placed on a dirty tray half exposed. The manager was argumentative and didnt care less. Very bad experience.

Id compare the burger to a slightly better, more expensive, made to order whopper. Fries taste like bottom of the barrel sysco quality. Wasnt disappointed but I was far from blown away. For a "burger grill" everything but the burger was better than expected.

The portabella and teriyaki burgers are both so good. My girlfriend and I couldnt decide which one to eat so we split them down the middle and traded halves. Even eating both at once was great. And it didnt break the bank. The service is excellent as well

The service is great! Love that they appreciate business by making sure you have all you need and the place was clean!!! Love the burger, extremely salty though! Next time I will ask for light salt. Other than that, great food, price and atmosphere!

Brought in a coupon for a free charburger and asked if I could get a different sandwich at equal or less price and they rudely said no. I got the burger anyway and they messed my order up and refused to fix it. Dont waste your time here, go to 5 guys.

Fast casual burger chain with unique and fun menu options. We tried the Santa Barbara burger with Tempura green beans on the side. The burgers were great. The avocado added richness and flavor, & the green beans were just right.

Good ambience, good menu, good service, good prices, but the taste isnt all there. When they improve their taste Ill give them the 5 stars. But dont take it from me. Everyone has different taste buds. Go try them out yourself!

My husband and I eat lunch here once. About a month ago. They made his burger wrong but were quick to fix it. Clean and staff was pleasant. Been back couple times cause my 82 yr old father loved there burgers!

I havent trier burgers, but their salads are great. Santa Barbara Cobb and Grilled chicken Ceasar Salads are my favorites
